Study zone meditation.

Sit in a chair or on the floor,

But ensure that your back is really upright and you feel really alert.

Gently close your eyes and just allow yourself to spend two minutes in silence.

When you feel ready,

Gently begin your breathing technique.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Just allowing your belly gently fill with more fresh,

Clean air each new.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Breathing in clean,

Fresh air.

Breathing out.

As you breathe out,

Just letting go of any clutter,

Any stress,

Any worries.

Using this time to breathe in and out.
