Use this guided visualization meditation to energise you as you start your day. A good time to do this is when you get out of bed, or before you go to work, school or begin your daily activitites. Take this time for yourself to energise your mind, body, and being.

Energize meditation.

In a quiet space where you are free from distractions,

Find a comfortable space to sit with your back upright.

You may be sitting in a chair,

On the floor with a cushion,

A yoga mat,

Just any kind of seating where you feel comfortable and can sit in a position which allows you to feel strong and open.

So when you're ready gently close your eyes and turn your attention to your body.

Just position yourself so you're sitting upright now,

Back straight,

Head facing forwards,

The crown of your head facing upwards,

Just a long straight spine.

If you're on a chair just rest both of your feet on the ground comfortably.

If you're sitting on the floor just sit with legs crossed in a way that feels comfortable.

So sitting in this position with your eyes closed gently breathing in and letting go as you breathe out,

Breathing in and letting go as you breathe out,

Breathing in and letting go as you breathe out.

Imagining now a beautiful sun,

White light energy hovering above your head.

It's just like a warm golden sun,

Light filled energy hovering above your head now.

Just imagine it there as you breathe in and let go as you breathe out.

Imagine now as you breathe in your head touches this yellow,

White,

Golden,

Sun filled light.

It's like the light is touching the top of your head now and as you breathe out this sun-filled energetic light just gently oozes down into the top of your forehead and as you breathe in that golden,

White light envelopes more of your face,

From your eyes,

Your nose,

Your ears,

Your chin and as you breathe out that beautiful golden energized light starts to move through your neck and your shoulders.

As you breathe in you feel more of that warm,

Golden sunlight and as you breathe out you feel that warm,

Golden sunlight moving further and further down your body through to your chest,

Your back,

Your abdomen.

As you breathe in you feel more of that energized,

White,

Golden sunlight energy and as you breathe out it starts to move further down the base of your spine,

Your lower torso,

Through the tops of your thighs,

Caressing your thighs now,

Your buttocks.

As you breathe in you feel more of that warm,

Golden energized sunlight and as you breathe out it moves further down your thighs to your knees and your calves.

As you breathe in you feel more of that warm,

Golden sunlight energy.

As you breathe out it moves all the way down your ankles through to your feet and your toes.

You're completely filled with this beautiful,

Warm,

Energized,

Golden,

White sunlight.

Breathe that in now and as you breathe out it's like it's radiating from every part of your body.

Breathing in and that warm,

Golden sunlight,

It's like it's expanding your body.

It's expanding outside of you now.

We're completely enveloped in warm,

Golden sunlight energy.

Breathing in that energy and breathing out and feel more and more energized with each new breath.

As you're sitting upright you're breathing in and letting go as you breathe out.

You may stay in this space as long as you need,

As long as you desire.

Breathing in that warm,

Golden,

Energized sunlight.

As you breathe out it just fills you even more and outside of you where you just carries you throughout the day and the evening.

And whenever you're ready you may gently open your eyes back to present time,

Back to the space.

Allow yourself to be carried with that energy,

That warm,

Golden,

Energized sunlight energy throughout your day in every way.
