Completely let go of your outside world.

The people,

The activity,

The noise.

Connect to your inner world now and the natural rise,

Fall of your breath.

Just imagine yourself now peeling away.

Extra layer.

Stress,

Anxiety,

Overwhelm.

Just literally imagine that you're stripping it away from the top of your head all the way down through your body to your toes.

Completely let go of that extra stuff.

Just let it go and return to focusing on your breath.

Allowing yourself to feel more calm,

Relaxed and chilled.
