In your own space and your own time,

Find a quiet place to sit,

Lie down and relax.

Just giving yourself permission to take a few minutes for yourself to disconnect from the outside world and connect to their inner world,

That place within,

That place of knowing,

Deep,

Deep knowing,

The life you would love to live.

So when you are ready,

Gently close your eyes.

As you breathe in,

Just allow yourself to feel just a little relaxed,

A little more relaxed in the busyness,

The unsettling,

Chaos,

Frenzy,

The activity of the mind,

Of life that goes on around you.

So breathe in and let go as you breathe out,

Just allowing yourself to feel more relaxed with each new.

You don't need to change your breathing in any way,

Simply give yourself the opportunity to breathe in and let go as you breathe out.

Breathing in and letting go as you breathe out.

Treat this visualization,

This few minutes just for you to retreat into your cocoon.

It's safe here,

You're protected here,

Loved here.

This is your space,

Your space alone.

So breathe it in and let go as you breathe out.

Just take a moment to reflect on life.

It may not be perfect,

It may not feel right.

Observe now the areas of your life you really don't enjoy.

Give yourself permission just for a moment to feel the weight,

The burden of carrying those things alone.

It's okay,

It's okay to want to release them,

To shed them and let go.

So let go now of all the worries,

All of the fears,

All the stresses,

All of the areas of your life that are not your way to live.

It doesn't have to stay like this.

Take one more breath,

Breathe in the love of this cocoon,

Feel the lightness,

Warmth from within.

Breathe out,

Let it all go,

Shed the layers,

Just let yourself be free.

And then imagine,

Imagine yourself in a picture of nature,

Anywhere in the world.

Sun is shining down,

Sweet,

Sweet nature smells all around.

The sounds you hear,

Pure,

Pure love.

Feel all of that now,

Beauty,

Safety,

Serenity,

Mother nature,

Its glory.

Imagine now opening your arms,

Opening them out wide,

Just allowing the love to come inside.

Sunshine is beaming down,

Radiating your heart within,

Feeling energized,

Uplifted,

Elevated.

It's like you could fly free to anywhere in the world.

And if you could fly free,

Where would you go?

Where would you travel?

Where would you travel in your mind?

Give yourself permission to fly.

What do you look like in this new space?

What are you wearing?

Who are you with?

Where is home?

If you could fly anywhere in the world,

Travel anywhere with your mind.

If you could live any life,

A life that you truly love,

Give yourself permission to experience that life now.

Transport yourself there.

It's yours,

Your life to live.

Take in all of the detail,

All of the surroundings.

Give yourself permission to escape and retreat to this beautiful,

Beautiful place that is yours,

Your life to live.

Take in all of the detail,

All of the nuances.

What do you see?

What do you feel?

You may stay in this setting as long as you need,

As long as you desire,

As long as you please.

When you feel ready,

Return to the here and now.

Gently close your eyes one last time.

Just hold onto this feeling,

This feeling that is inside.

It is yours,

Your true life to live.

So let yourself have it.

All you need to do is take one step and then another step and another step and another step before you know that life that you would truly love to live,

You're living it,

Living it every day.

Take your last few moments,

Savour a beautiful experience in your cocoon.

Open your eyes now.

Come back to present time.

Give yourself permission.

Just take it all in.

Reflect on everything you felt,

Everything you saw,

Everything you witnessed.

This is your life,

Your life to live,

A life you love,

A love you love to give.

So as you go about your day now,

One step in front of the other,

Remember this cocoon.

Remember the truth,

The truth of your feelings,

The truth of your heart,

The truth of your mind,

The truth of your soul.

Stay seated or lying down for as long as you need.
