Hello my name is Kinadi.

Welcome to this short mindful concentration exercise.

Step 1 choose a comfortable seat either sitting down with your legs crossed or sitting on a chair.

Choose one thing to concentrate on.

It can be your breath,

A particular color,

The sound of the rains beating against the window,

Or even the sounds of cars passing by.

Whenever you find your attention wandering bring it back to your point of concentration.

Your concentration should be firm but not forced.

The more you practice this exercise the easier it will become.

Every time you lose your point of concentration come back to your breath and then find your point of concentration.

Maintaining deep breaths and regular breathing.

Remember that your attention,

Concentration,

Should be firm but not forced.

You want it to come easy.

Easy.

Directing your focus to one single point.

Slowly with your eyes closed open press palms to your heart center.

Namaste.

Perfect words. Perfect kind, gentle voice to bless my spirit at lunchtime today. Your country has been locked wonderfully in my heart since the second grade. 🧘💓🌊🌊🐬
