When everything feels overwhelming, the instinct is often to fix, solve, or push through. This short pause is a reminder that nothing needs fixing right now. Take a moment to pause.

Not to change anything.

Just to stop trying.

If everything feels like too much right now,

There's often an impulse to fix it,

To understand it,

To do something so it goes away.

But for this moment,

Nothing needs fixing.

You are allowed to be exactly where you are.

Notice your breath.

Not to deepen it or control it.

Just notice that it's happening.

Notice your body as it is.

The places that feel tired.

The places that feel okay.

You don't need to arrive anywhere else.

This moment doesn't need improvement.
