Guilt can sit heavily in the mind and body, especially when you keep replaying something you regret or wish you had done differently. When guilt takes over, it can feel hard to breathe, think clearly, or move forward. This short meditation offers a moment to pause, breathe, and step out of the spiral of self-blame, even if only for a few minutes. You’re allowed to be human, to learn, and to find your way forward with compassion rather than punishment.
