Sometimes you carry something you can’t talk about — a truth you can’t share, a situation no one knows about, or a feeling you quietly hold inside. Holding something alone can feel heavy and isolating, especially when there’s no clear place to put it down. This short meditation is a private space where you don’t have to explain anything or tell your story. You’re simply invited to sit, breathe, and be gently supported exactly where you are, allowing yourself a few moments where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
