Inhale slowly and exhale fully.

Not necessarily on your lips,
But a smile within.
The kind of smile that comes from remembering something meaningful.
Let that warmth of your inner smile guide you into this moment.
Let's begin by looking back in a gentle and kind way.
Picture yourself at the beginning of a chapter in your life.
Maybe it was a season of uncertainty,
Or a bold new beginning,
Or a time of quiet growth.
Whatever comes up for you is perfectly fine.
See yourself there,
Standing at the edge of something unknown.
What were you feeling back then?
What were you carrying?
Now imagine walking forward from that moment,
Step by step,
Challenge by challenge,
Breakthrough by breakthrough.
Let the images show up.
Perhaps you see the big wins,
Or the quiet victories,
The lessons,
Or the turning points.
While you tune into those images,
Let your heart expand with pride and with compassion,
Because you've come a long way.
Take a deep breath in to acknowledge that,
And breathe out fully as well.

Imagine a path stretching out ahead of you.
It's a beautiful path,
Alive with possibility,
And you don't need to know exactly where it leads.
Just sense the energy of what's to come,
And feel your heart stirring with excitement.
What do you feel curious about?
What lights you up when you think of the future?
As you walk this path in your mind's eye,
Notice that you're carrying something new now.
It's a deeper trust in yourself.
It's a stronger sense of who you are.
It's a joy that comes from walking this journey fully awake.
Let this feeling of grounded excitement fill your body.
Feel it ripple into your breathing,
