We're going to activate your inner light.
Make sure you're in a comfortable safe space.
Sit down or lay down,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you.
And whenever you're ready,
Close your eyes.
As you settle into the sacred space,
Let your breath be your guide.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Allowing your chest and belly to expand.
And exhale fully.
Releasing any tension or worries.
Do this a few more times.
Keep on breathing with your natural rhythm.
Imagine yourself standing on the shore of a tranquil,
Moonlit lake.
The water is still,
Reflecting the shimmering stars above.
You are surrounded by a soothing sense of serenity.
With each breath you take,
Imagine drawing in the pure,
Radiant light from the moon above.
This light is not just any light.
It is the essence of your inner self.
Your inner light.
Visualize this gentle moonlight entering your body with each inhalation.
As it flows through you,
It cleanses away any doubts,
Fears or insecurities.
You can feel these heavy emotions transforming into ethereal mist,
Dissipating into the night.
With every exhale,
Release any negativity.
Let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Allowing it to dissolve into the water at your feet.
As you continue to breathe in the moonlight,

Connect with your inner self and ask,
