Meet your Teacher

Tom Cronin spent 26 years in finance markets as one of Australia’s leading bond and swap brokers. He discovered meditation in the early stages of his career, when the anxiety and chaos he was experiencing had hit a crisis point, and it completely transformed his world, both personally and professionally. Founder of The Stillness Project, a global movement to inspire one billion people to sit in stillness daily, Tom is passionate about reducing stress and chaos in people’s lives. His ongoing work in transformational leadership coaching and corporate training has seen him working with some of the top companies in the world like Amazon, Boston Consulting Group, Oracle, Harvard Business School, Qantas, UBS and Coca-Cola. He has spoken on stage at conferences and events like Adnews Summit, Afest, Wanderlust and Mind Heart Connect. Tom has six books published and produced the hit documentary film The Portal.

Stillness For Stability

In this module, we dive into the power of meditation and mindfulness and how it is the number one thing we can do when it comes to reducing anxiety and panic. When we are in a state of anxiety and panic meditation is probably the furthest from your mind. However, think of meditation as a prevention rather than a cure. When we meditate every day over time, we will have less anxiety and panic. In this module will discover three different types of meditations that will help you to live a life that's calmer and happier.

Lesson 3

Work Out To Wind Down

In this module, we explore the incredible power of exercise and working out in burning off cortisol and adrenaline, leading to a reduction in anxiety and panic. Many people think anxiety is purely a mental issue, but it's also a physiological one as well, so we need to treat the body in this process, and make sure it is fit strong, and there's not excessive adrenaline and cortisol in our body. In this module you will learn some specific tips and steps that can reduce anxiety and lead to greater calm and happiness.

Stretch And Soothe

In this module we cover the importance of stretching your muscles to reduce inflammation, tightness and tension. Studies have shown that yoga and stretching are one of the most effective things you can do to reduce anxiety and panic. You will learn which types of yoga to do and how to use your breath for deep calm.

Sleep Right To Feel Right

Sleep is a powerful process for recovery. In our world today, sleep has been compromised as we seek more and more dopamine. In this module, we dive into the power of sleep and how to get a great night's deep sleep which leads to a life of deep calm. You will learn the key steps to sleeping well. Nourish Your Body

Unless you are eating the purest of foods all the time, there is a good chance you arent getting the complete nutrients and nourishment for your body. This can cause stress and can lead to anxiety. In this module we cover what you can do to heal and nourish your body.

How To Stop A Panic Attack When It's Happening

A lot of these modules are preventative measures to help reduce anxiety and panic. What if we are in the middle of an anxiety or panic attack? What can we do then? In this module, you will learn some steps you can take to help reduce the wave of panic and anxiety when it hits you.

Clearing The Clutter

In this module we explore what you can eliminate from your life to help reduce anxiety and panic. In the other modules, we added things into your life, this one, we are creating space by removing the clutter and irrelevance from your life. This is a powerful module, one not to be missed, as it has some key lessons that will bring more calm to your life.
