Whatever you may be doing,
Hello.
So let's find ourselves in a comfortable position,
Either sitting down or lying down on a meditation block on the edge of your bed,
And let's begin.
Let's begin by just slowing things down.
Just bring focus and attention to your breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Let's find ourselves looking,
Focusing in on a point in front of us.
For me it's the corner of a picture frame,
For you it could be a flower on the other side of the garden,
A light switch,
A light fixture,
Whatever it is,
Just take some time now to focus in on it.
We're going to inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
And on this exhale slowly and gently close our eyes.
Allow your breath to just fall back into a natural rhythm again.
And to start,
I want you to bring your intention to the front of your mind.
Remind yourself of what it was that you wanted to achieve in 2025.
Bring that intention to the fore.
No need to analyze it,
No need to reference where you are in relation to it,
Just bring it to the front of your mind.
Let's take a deep breath in,
Filling our lungs with oxygen,
And slowly exhale,
Locking in our intention and releasing any tension,
Any stress.
Let's now just focus,
Focus on the breath,
Focus on my voice,
And allow yourself to settle into this present moment.
Allow yourself to settle into the now.
Allow yourself to fully embrace the intention that you set in January.
Allow yourself to not need or have to control it.
Allow yourself to simply let go.
Let's bring our full attention to your breath.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale,
And allow your breath to guide you into a state of relaxation and presence.
Breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
In and out.
In and out.
And as you inhale,
Say to yourself,
I am here.
And on your exhale,
Say to yourself,
I am present.
I am here.
I am present.
I am here.
I am present.
Allow these words to anchor to your breath and to settle yourself.
Just keep repeating them.
I am here.
I am present.
I am here.
I am present.
And as we center ourselves,
Let's begin to reflect on not just this weekend,
But the last month that has passed.
Acknowledge the experiences and moments of joy,
Relaxation,
The connection we made with others,
With self,
The experience you've had over this time,
The rejuvenation that you felt during this weekend and over these last few weeks.
Let go of any concerns,
Worries that you have for today or for the week ahead and allow yourself to embrace this present moment.
Focus on all the fullness.
Focus on all the clarity.
Focus on all the moments of authenticity.
Just honor,
Enjoy,
And be grateful for your weekend that's passed.
Just take it all in.
Absorb all aspects of this week,
This weekend that's passed.
Now,
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it at the top and exhale.
Lock that in.
Lock in that feeling from the weekend,
The rejuvenation,
The energy that was restored.
Now,
Let's shift our focus towards the upcoming working week.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release any tension,
Any resistance you may be feeling towards the week ahead.
Do you have any concerns,
Any nervousness,
Any apprehension?
Allow yourself to embrace a mindset of openness and positivity.
Allow that as you prepare to embark on a new week of growth and opportunity.
Let's lean into that with some affirmations.
Repeat after me either silently or to yourself out loud the following affirmations.
I'll go through them once.
Let's begin.
I am ready to embrace the moments of growth and opportunity the working week will present.
I will approach my week with focus,
Clarity and determination.
I am capable of handling any obstacles that come my way.
I bring my unique skills and talents to every task I undertake.
I will create a harmonious and productive work environment for myself and my colleagues.
I am grateful for the opportunities my work provides for personal and professional growth.
I will maintain a healthy work-life balance,
Nurturing both my career and my personal well-being.
I trust in my abilities and have confidence in my decisions.
I am deserving of success and fulfillment in my work.
I am competent.
I am capable.
I am ready to be present and focused on the week and my relationships.
I will approach each day with a sense of purpose and enthusiasm.
I will lean into positivity,
Warmth and light.
I will focus on the positive intentions and all my engagements this week.
Now take a deep breath in,
Hold it at the top and exhale through your mouth.
Now see yourself in front of a mirror,
Be it in the bathroom,
Be it in your bedroom.
See yourself changed and ready to step into the week.
Now see yourself wearing your outfit to work,
Whatever that may be,
And walking into work and stepping into the new week with confidence and positivity.
See yourself accomplishing your tasks with ease,
Feeling a sense of accomplishment,
Satisfaction as you progress towards your goals and as your intention that you set in January manifests.
Every day,
See yourself allocating your time and ticking off that to-do list one point at a time.
And take a moment now to express gratitude for the work that you do and the opportunities that lie ahead.
Regardless of what may be sitting on your plate,
The frustrations you may have with colleagues,
Perhaps monotony,
Just allow yourself to be grateful right now for what you do have.
Dig into your experience and pull out one grain that you're grateful for.
Allow yourself to appreciate the growth and learning that the working week brings,
Knowing that each experience contributes to your growth and your development.
And now as we come to the end of this practice,
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Take a deep breath in.
As you exhale,
Say to yourself,
I am complete.
I am whole.
I am happy.
I am ready.
I am enough.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it.
Remember that you are enough because simply you are.
Now slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Roll your shoulders,
Roll your neck,
Straighten your back.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to ground yourself before continuing with your day or as you close out your weekend.
Allow the affirmations that we went through today and the positive intentions within you to really anchor and guide and grow.
Know that as you navigate the week ahead,
Know that you're prepared and capable of creating a fulfilling and successful week.
