Welcome to this exploration of a powerful truth about who we are.
We often see ourselves as just physical beings,
Moving through a material world.
But what if I told you that we are much more than that?
At our core,
We are energetic beings,
Intricately woven into the fabric of a vibrating universe.
Today,
We're diving deep into what this means,
And how understanding our energetic nature can empower us to manifest the life we truly desire.
Let's start with the basics.
Everything in the universe,
Including us,
Is made up of energy.
This isn't just a metaphor or a physical idea.
It's a fundamental truth of physics.
What we perceive as solid matter is actually just energy vibrating at different frequencies.
From the tiniest atom to the vastness of the cosmos,
Everything is in a constant state of vibration.
Now,
Think about this.
If I were made of energy,
And everything around us is energy,
Then it stands to reason that our interactions with the world are also energetic.
This means that our thoughts,
Emotions,
And actions are not just abstract concepts.
They are forms of energy that carry their own unique vibrations.
Consider the idea of being in a room with someone who's extremely happy.
You might notice that their joy seems contagious,
Lifting your spirits as well.
Conversely,
Being around someone who is deeply upset or angry can make you feel drained or uneasy.
What's happening here is a transfer of energy.
Your energetic field is interacting with theirs,
And the vibrations they emit are influencing your own.
This is why it's so important to be mindful of the energy we carry.
The vibrations we emit can affect not only our experience,
But also the experiences of those around us.
This interconnectedness is at the heart of understanding ourselves as energetic beings in a vibrating universe.

And fulfillment.

Who famously wrote himself a check for $10 million when he was a struggling actor.
He carried that check in his wallet for years,
Visualizing himself receiving that amount for his work.
Eventually,
He was offered a $10 million contract for a film role.
His focused energy and belief in his vision aligned with the universe to bring his dreams into reality.
These examples illustrate the profound impact of our energetic vibrations on our lives.
By understanding and consciously directing these vibrations,
We can begin to reshape our reality in powerful ways.
Now that we've explored how our thoughts and emotions carry energy,
Let's talk about how we can consciously direct this energy to manifest our desired reality.
The key to this process lies in two powerful tools,
Focus and intention.
When you set a clear intention for what you want to achieve and focus your energy on that outcome,
You're essentially tuning your vibration to the frequency of your desired reality.
This alignment creates a powerful resonance with the universe,
Making it easier for your goals to materialize.
But it's not just about having a wish or a vague desire.
Intention is about clarity and conviction.
It's about knowing exactly what you want and believing that it's possible.
When your intention is clear and strong,
It acts like a magnet,
Drawing the corresponding experiences into your life.
Take,
For example,
Athletes like Gabby Thomas,
Who just won three gold medals in the Paris Olympics.
She visualized herself winning the 200 meters and claiming that gold medal.
This is a tool often used by athletes.
Athletes typically use visualization techniques to improve their performance.
Before a race or a game,
They mentally rehearse every move,
Every step,
As if it's already happening.
This practice aligns their energy with their desired outcome,
Victory.
By the time they actually compete,
Their mind and body are already in sync with the success they've envisioned.
A more personal example might be the practice of gratitude.
When you focus your energy on being grateful for what you have,
You're aligning yourself with the frequency of abundance.
This shift in energy can open you up to receiving more of what you're grateful for,
Whether it's love,
Joy,
Or any other form of gratitude.
The law of attraction,
Which you may have heard of,
Is built on this principle.
It's the idea that like attracts like.
By focusing on what you want,
Rather than what you fear or lack,
You bring your energy into harmony with your desires and the universe responds to your needs.

A mantra that has seen me through difficult and turbulent times.
Trusting in the universe means letting go of the need to control every detail and outcome.
It means believing that the energy you put out will return to you in the most beneficial way,
Even if it doesn't look exactly as you expected.
This faith allows you to remain open to possibilities that you might not have considered,
And to recognize opportunities that align with your true desires.
A powerful example of this is the concept of surrender in spiritual practices.
Surrender doesn't mean giving up.
It's not about throwing in the towel.
It means letting go of resistance and trusting that the universe has your back.
When you surrender,
You release the tension and anxiety that come from trying to force things to happen.
Allowing the natural flow of energy to bring you what you need.
Consider how many times in your life something unexpected turned out to be exactly what you needed.
Perhaps you lost a job,
Only to find a new opportunity that was even better.
Or maybe a relationship ended.
And though it was painful,
It eventually led you to a deeper understanding of yourself and a more fulfilling connection with someone else.
These experiences are reminders that when we trust in the greater energy of the universe,
We align ourselves with the flow of life,
Making it easier to manifest our desires.
By releasing fear and doubt,
We open ourselves to the abundance of possibilities and opportunities.
To the abundance of possibilities that the universe has to offer.
So,
How can we start directing our energy more consciously in our daily lives?
Here are some tools you can use to become more aware of and in control of your energy and vibrations.
Mindful breathing.
One of the simplest yet most powerful practices is mindful breathing.
Taking a few minutes each day to focus on your breath.
Inhale deeply,
Hold for a moment and then exhale slowly.
As you breathe,
Visualize yourself inhaling positive energy and exhaling any tension or negativity.
This practice helps to calm your mind,
Center your energy and bring you into the present moment,
Where you can more effectively direct your thoughts.
Positive affirmations.
Start your day with positive affirmations.
These are simple,
Powerful statements that reflect the energy you want to embody.
For example,
I am capable and worthy of achieving my goals.
Or,
I attract positive experiences and opportunities.
By repeating these affirmations,
You are not only reinforcing positive beliefs,
But also aligning your energy with the frequency of your desires.
Gratitude practice.
Make a habit of reflecting on what you are grateful for.
Whether it's something big,
Like a recent success,
Or something small,
Like a kind word from a friend,
Expressing gratitude raises your vibration.
You can write these down in a journal or simply take a moment each day to think about them.
Gratitude shifts your focus from what's lacking to what's abundant,
Attracting more of what you appreciate into your life.
I did this,
And still do it.
I write down,
Especially those days when I'm filled with positive energy.
I write down everything that I'm grateful for.
And I write down how I feel in that moment and time.
And,
On those days when the energy might not be as bright,
I read back to myself.
And there was a time when I did that every day.
And that practice allowed me to shift into the mindset of being grateful.
And,
Whilst I might not do it every day still,
Just that shift in mindset has definitely given me a more positive vibration.
Visualization.
Spend time each day visualizing your goals as if they're already achieved.
Close your eyes and imagine the detail,
The sight,
Sounds,
And emotions associated with your success.
This practice will help you to be more aware of your goals.
This practice not only helps you clarify your desires,
But also aligns your energy with the reality you want to create.
The more vividly you can imagine your desired outcome,
The more powerful your vibration becomes.
One of the practical tools is creating a vision board.
Vision boards are extremely powerful.
I did one two years ago.
And of probably the twelve images on that vision board,
I can safely say eight of them have come to be.
Definitely take some time to explore creating a vision board.
Connect with nature.
Nature is a powerful healer and balancer of energy.
Spend time outdoors.
Whether it's taking a walk in the park or in the woods,
Sitting by a river,
Or simply standing barefoot on the earth.
Just the grass in the garden is enough.
Nature's vibrations are naturally harmonious and can help you release negative energy and restore balance.
As you connect with the natural world,
Allow yourself to feel grounded and supported by the energy of the earth.
Meditation and mindfulness.
Regular meditation helps you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions,
Allowing you to notice when your energy is out of alignment.
By practicing mindfulness,
You can observe your thoughts without judgment,
Making it easier to shift from negative to positive vibrations.
Even just a few minutes of meditation each day can have a profound impact on your energy levels and overall well-being.
