If you're feeling a lot of energy in your body right now,
Like you're revved up or restless,

Start by standing up if you can,
Or sitting on the edge of your seat.
Give your hands a little shake,
As if you're flicking water off your fingertips.
Let that movement travel up to your wrists,
Then your elbows,
Then your shoulders.
Now let a gentle bounce enter your knees.
Just a soft,
Rhythmic pulsing.
Imagine the stress or the charge in your body is moving down from your head,
Through your torso,
And shaking out through your limbs.
If it feels right,
Let out a puff of air through your lips,
A quick HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH You're just allowing your body to finish its stress response.
