So at this time,
I'd like to invite you to go ahead and just begin settling in.
Settling into your space.
Settling into your body.
And settling in to your breath.
And just gently letting your eyes close.
Really helping to turn your attention to your inner world.
And just let your focus settle on this space inside the body.
Breathing just a little deeper than before.
Letting your breath be just a little slower than what you're used to.
And as your attention begins to settle within the body and on the breath,
Just notice whatever sensations or emotions are present for you now.
Letting yourself be fully aware of what is moving through your body and field at this time.
Just using this as a moment to be a witnesser,
An observer to what is present.
And with each breath relaxing the subtle tensions in your body.
And if you notice that your mind is a little busy,
That's okay.
Just once again witness what's there.
And then call your attention back to your breath.
Letting your focus settle on the inhales and exhales of breath.
Still releasing and relaxing any discomforts or little tensions in the muscles as you breathe.
Now as you continue to breathe,
We'll do a gentle scan of the body,
Releasing any tension or resistance through the various spaces in your being.
So slowly with the breath,
Drift your focus down to your feet.
Feel your feet as they make contact with whatever surface they're on.
Whatever surface they are resting upon.
As you breathe into your feet,
Visualize tree roots growing out of the soles of your feet and stretching down deep beneath the earth.
Connecting you with the loving energy of Mother Gaia.
With each breath,
Anchor this connection into the earth and begin welcoming in the healing earth energy from our beautiful Mother.
Letting this energy flow into the feet,
Relaxing all the muscles in the feet.
Cleansing any unwanted energy from the feet.
And infusing the feet with this healing energy of divine love.
Slowly letting the ankles relax with the breath.
Releasing any tension in the ankles and calves.
Breathing into this space in your body slowly and drawing up that sacred earth energy into your ankles and calves.
Letting this healing energy move through and uplift and rejuvenate all the cells in this space in your body.
Moving up even further through the body,
Bringing this earth energy with the breath into your knees and upper legs.
Letting this area of your body relax and release.
Feeling the cleansing and healing energy of the earth move into this space.
Releasing and letting go just a little more.
And still with this deep breath,
Still drawing this energy up into your body.
Allow it to move into your pelvis,
Your hips,
And your buttocks.
Relaxing and releasing.
Any gripping resistance.
Just breathing into this space.
Letting this cleansing and healing energy waft through.
Revitalizing and renewing all the cells and particles in this area of your body.
Feeling the release take place as you breathe.
And then drawing this energy up into the abdomen,
The solar plexus,
And around to the lower and mid-back.
Feeling as this healing energy moves through this area of your body.
Releasing and letting go of anything that you're carrying that you no longer need.
And just fully embracing the healing taking place.
Intentionally allowing your breath to be just a little deeper once more.
Intentionally pulling this energy up from the earth and letting it infuse this area of your body with revitalization and full health.
And still drawing this energy up into your heart space.
And wrapping around to your upper back.
Feeling the energy flow from your heart down through your arms and into your fingers.
Once more releasing any resistance or tension and embracing the breath and the healing energies of the earth.
Feeling as this new energy flows through your heart and your upper back,
Through your arms and fingertips.
Relaxing,
Releasing,
And renewing all the cells and particles in this space in your body.
And carrying this energy up even further still into your neck.
Feeling any releasing taking place in the neck.
Feeling as this earth energy moves through your throat and your neck.
Revitalizing and renewing.
Then it continues to flow up into your head.
Swirling around your skull and moving through your ears,
Your eyes,
And your nose,
Your lips and cheeks.
Just letting this energy heal all of your all the particles and cells.
Letting this earth energy relax and release any tension in your face.
And then continuing this flow even further still.
Visualize that this earth energy keeps moving up through the crown of your head.
Shooting straight up into the cosmos.
Connecting you with both earth and the heavens above.
Anchoring you in this moment of healing.
Let yourself feel the vibration of energy moving from the earth all the way through your body up to the heavens.
Witnessing as this energy flows through your body.
Relaxing and releasing any tension that's still present.
Any resistance that just does not seem to want to let go.
Just intentionally bringing this energy into those spaces now.
Letting go just a little more to any space in your body that's still holding on.
And as you continue to breathe begin to visualize a torus of energy moving around your body.
Carrying this healing earth energy up from the earth through your body to the heavens.
And then creating a sphere around you.
Returning to the earth.
Bringing the energy back up through the body.
Back to the heavens.
Continuing with this torus of energy.
Feeling this flow of healing energy move through your body,
Being,
And field.
Being present with the energetic vibrations of healing that are available to you now.
Visualizing as your body is repaired and renewed.
Witnessing as these changes are taking place on the cellular and molecular level.
And now as you continue to breathe in this way deeply and slowly witnessing this energetic flow all around your body.
Seeing this torus of energy spiral and swirl around your energetic essence and being.
Gently bringing your attention back to your heart.
Letting your focus and your breath settle in the heart.
All while allowing this energy to continue to flow.
Taking a moment to be present with the beating of your heart.
With each breath as you breathe a little deeper calling this breath into your heart.
And sending this breath out of your heart.
Visualize how this energetic movement of your heart strengthens this torus of energy.
Allowing the healing energy to flow through your body unrestricted.
Letting your body relax and receive the healing.
Being fully present here now.
Present in your breath,
Present in your heart,
And present with this healing energy flowing through your body,
Mind,
And field.
Still allowing your heart to help strengthen this flow of energy.
Letting yourself surrender just a little more.
Relaxing and releasing any resistance to your healing at this time.
And letting yourself truly feel the effects of this healing.
Noticing if your body feels a little lighter,
Calmer,
Or simply just more comfortable than before.
And melting just a little more deeply into these soothing sensations.
As you continue to breathe into your heart.
Still breathing into your beautiful heart.
And witnessing as the power of your heart amplifies the strength of this healing energy moving through you now.
Surrendering just a little more to the healing that's available to you at this time.
Letting yourself fully receive this divine love and grace that is showering upon you now.
And now,
As you continue to breathe,
You can stay here you can stay here receiving these healing energies.
And allowing yourself to surrender even more to this torus of energy that is flowing through you and around you.
Or at this time,
I invite you to begin sending out this healing energy into the physical space around you.
Visualizing as you breathe a wave and a ripple extending out from your heart and energetically carrying these healing energies into the space that holds you.
Into the room in which you're sitting in the space in which you're held.
As you continue to breathe in this way sending this wave of energy just a little further out with each breath.
Carrying it as far out away from your body as you're called to carry it.
Sharing this energy with anything it comes into contact with.
Healing,
Revitalizing,
And renewing all the particles that it meets in space.
And noticing that even as you're sending out this healing energy and sharing this energy of renewal you too are still being infused infused as this torus continues to move around you,
Through you.
So relaxing into this space of being held and nourished,
Healed,
While equally sharing and sending this energy out into the world around you.
Feeling the duality in this moment of being both nurtured and being the nurturer.
And visualizing as all this healing energy moves out anything that it touches is healed,
Cleansed,
Revitalized,
And renewed.
Still breathing deep,
Still breathing slow,
Still surrendering to this healing energy moving to you and through you now.
Now,
Calling your attention back to your heart,
Letting your focus drift back to that space of your inner world.
Still feeling the expansion of your own being and settling back into this sacred space of your heart.
Take a moment to offer up thanks for all that you have received today.
Offering appreciation and gratitude to the divine energy of healing that is showering upon you.
And taking a moment to honor yourself in this space.
Honor all that you've been through,
Honor all that you've moved through,
And honor all the energetic shifts and changes that have occurred in your body,
Heart,
Mind,
And field.
And now you can gently begin calling your attention back into the physical space in which you are in.
Waking your body up by bringing gentle movements to the fingers and toes and letting your body move in whatever way it feels called to move at this time.
Still feeling this flow of energy as it moves through your renewed body.
And then as you feel called,
You may gently open your eyes.
