Welcome dear one to this guided meditation intended to help you connect with your radiant heart.

Now is the perfect time to make sure that you're in that comfortable space and gently close your eyes drifting your awareness inside.

Gently begin settling in,

Settling in to your breath and settling in to your body.

Gently to become just a little deeper and slower with each breath inviting the mind to slow down and the body to gently relax.

As you begin to slow your breath down just notice whatever may be arising in your mind or your body.

Notice if there's any tension or resistance to this slowing down.

Without judgment or the need for anything to be different than it is,

Just simply observe whatever is present for you right now.

As you breathe deep and slow,

Invite this breath to flow into any areas of the body that you may be feeling resistance or tension.

Just see how much more you can allow your body to relax as you breathe and inviting the body to relax.

You may notice that as you breathe a little deeper and slower your body begins to more easily relax and find ease and if at any time you find yourself being distracted or called away by the mind,

Just simply call your awareness back to your breath,

Back to the slowing down,

Finding a space of rest with the breath.

Now as you continue to breathe deep and slow,

I invite you to bring this breath into your sacred heart space in the center of your precious chest with each breath breathing into the heart,

Feeling the heart expand and as you breathe out,

Sending the energy of the heart through the body and into your own personal field,

Helping to nourish and replenish all the particles and cells that make up the being that is you.

Beginning to feel the love of your heart with each deep breath and basking your entire body and field in this love as you breathe with each breath,

Feeling your heart expand even more,

Feeling the love of your heart and rippling this love out into the field that holds you,

Nourishing,

Replenishing and uplifting all the particles and cells that make up the field that holds you now,

Seeing your body being held in light,

Basked in love,

Nourished by the peace of your heart and as you breathe and feel into the expansion of your precious heart,

Notice where in your body you can let go just a little more,

Where can you release a little more tension or resistance and more deeply surrender to the expansion of your heart,

Feeling into the magnificence of your radiant heart,

Feeling the ever-present love flow through your field,

Surrendering and letting go just a little more,

Dissolving more deeply into the depths of your being,

Breathing deeper still and with each breath feeling your heart expand even more,

Connecting in with the one heart that holds us all,

Merging with the field of oneness,

Simply sensing and experiencing the expansion of your heart,

Sensing and experiencing the merging of your heart with the one heart,

Still breathing deep,

Still breathing slow,

Breathing through and letting go of any barriers you may have built against love,

Feeling as all walls break down and you expand even more into the one heart of all,

Basking in the brilliance and radiance of your own divine heart,

With each breath dissolving even more to the interconnectedness of all things,

Surrendering and letting go of anything that's in your own way,

And basking in the field of oneness guided by the one heart that connects us all,

Just a little more,

Breathe and dissolve into your radiant heart,

With each breath dissolving a little more,

Surrendering a little more,

With each breath falling more deeply into the collective connected field,

Basking in this field of oneness and feeling the connection with your own radiant heart,

Just a little more,

Surrender to the field of love,

Breathing deeper still,

Resting in the essence of love that connects us all,

Trusting in this field of love,

Trusting in your own radiant heart.

Now,

While staying connected with this expanded space of self,

Staying tethered to the one heart that connects us all,

Gently begin bringing your awareness back to the physical space that holds you,

Bringing this expanded heart-centered energy with you,

Can bring gentle movements to the fingers and toes,

Inviting this energy to integrate back into the body,

Slowly waking your body back up to the physical realm,

And when you find yourself ready,

Gently open your eyes to this very new now moment in time.
