
Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation Session For Chakra Balancing
In this practice, we will begin with a journey of relaxation, by gently scanning the body to release tension and invite a state of complete relaxation. From there, we will move through your chakras, starting with the grounding earth chakra, moving through the 7 primary chakras in the body, and concluding with the soul star chakra. Through this process and your intention, each energy center will be nourished and balanced, allowing the free flow of vital life force energy throughout your entire being. As you surrender to the soothing guidance, you will experience a profound sense of alignment and harmony within.
