Now's a perfect time to find that comfortable seat.
Gently close down your eyes,
Letting your full awareness and attention drift inside.
Intentionally bring your awareness to your Sacred Heart space in the center of your chest.
You can bring one or both hands on top of your heart to physically connect with this divine space.
But you can just simply and gently observe the flow of breath as it flows in and out of your heart.
With each breath,
Letting your mind slow down and your body relax.
Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe and relax.
Feeling the gentle beating of your heart as you continue to deeply breathe.
As you continue to deeply breathe and allow your body to relax.
Noticing the quality of your presence in this moment.
And taking care to continuously bring your awareness back to your heart,
To your breath,
And to this gentle and subtle feeling of relaxation in your body.
Not needing to be anywhere else but here.
Not needing to be anywhere else but here.
And your body with your breath and the focused awareness in your heart.
And your body with your breath and the focused awareness in your heart.
Now as you continue to let your body relax,
We're going to move through a gentle body scan to even more deeply bring ease and comfort to the body and mind.
So as we scan the body,
Keep breathing into your heart.
And with each breath out,
Visualize whatever space in your body you're directed to,
Fully relax,
Fully surrender,
And fully release.
Breathing into the heart and breathing out into your toes and feet.
Bringing relaxation into your toes and feet.
And seeing if you can surrender the muscles in this space in your body just a little more.
Now breathing into your heart and breathing out into your calves and knees.
Relaxing and releasing all the muscles in your calves and knees.
Letting go and letting be.
Breathing into your heart,
Now breathing out into your thighs and hips.
Relaxing and releasing all the muscles in your thighs and hips.
Feeling any tension release and finding the ease in your body as you breathe.
Relaxing and releasing even more as you breathe into your heart and breathe out into your abdomen and lower back.
Witnessing as the muscles in this space in your body let go.
And any discomfort is gently released.
Allowing yourself to feel safe as you breathe into this space in your body.
Simply calling your awareness to this space being present as you breathe.
Now breathing into your heart and breathing out into your solar plexus and mid back.
Letting this space in your body let go and relax.
Maybe even breathing a little deeper to fully allow your presence into this space in your body.
Breathing a little deeper to allow the muscles and tendons to let go and let down.
Now breathing into your heart and breathing out into your chest and upper back.
Letting this breath fall all the way down your arms and into your hands.
And gently allowing yourself to be.
Feeling as resistance dissolves and peace remains.
Now breathing into your heart and breathing out into your neck and shoulders.
Letting the tension release and letting go of any resistance to allowing your body to relax.
With each breath relaxing just a little more.
Surrendering just a little deeper.
Now breathing into your heart and breathing out into your head,
Into your mind.
Relaxing,
Releasing and letting go.
Physically allowing the tension in the face to dissolve and melt down.
Feeling more relaxed,
More at ease and more at peace as you breathe.
And now taking a moment to continue breathing deeply into your heart and scan your body on your own.
Sending the breath into any spaces that are still holding on,
Gripping to the past or fear of the future.
And just gently breathe into these spaces,
Inviting the muscles to relax.
And allowing your body to surrender just a little more.
And now taking a moment to continue breathing deeply into your heart and breathing out into your head.
Still breathing deeply into your heart and breathing out into your body.
Surrendering and offering up any leftover resistance and tension.
And inviting the whole of who you are to dissolve into a space of stillness,
Comfort and ease.
Simply by allowing your body to relax.
Now.
Just simply being here with your heart on each deep inhale and long exhale.
Simply breathing in and out of your heart.
Allowing yourself to be present here as you breathe into this sacred and divine space.
Now,
In this sacred space,
I invite you to offer up to the divine anything that is not serving you at this time.
Offer up to the divine anything that you require clarity on or you need assistance with.
Offer this up to spirit and source.
And let this need be carried away out of your body and into the divine field.
Where your guides are tending to it,
Taking care of it,
And making sure you feel held and safe.
And as you offer this up,
Willingly surrender it and release it from your mind.
And allow the fullness of who you are to be present in this moment as you breathe into your divine and sacred heart.
And if you notice your mind getting carried away,
Trying to call your attention in another direction.
Just gently observe whatever is there.
And then willingly let it go and let it float on like clouds floating through the infinite sky.
And call your awareness back to your precious heart.
Back to your breath.
Back to the experience of total relaxation.
And the feelings of ease,
Calm,
And peace.
As you go forward through real life,
Still breathing deep,
Still breathing slow.
Still relaxing into your divine heart and willingly letting go of anything other than this moment right here.

And now as you continue to breathe into this sacred space for a moment here.
Can you feel the energy of gratitude and honor for your own divine heart and for the inner being within you that guides you,
Protects you and holds you as you walk through your journey of life?
