�� Hello friends,
And welcome to our April Gratitude Meditation,
Specifically intended to bring you into a space of love,
Of grace,
And deep appreciation for all the little and big things in your life,
For deep thanks for the divine being that is you,
And for sacred gratitude for all the moments,
People,
Places,
And experiences in your life that brought you here to this moment right now.
So if your eyes are open,
I invite you to gently bring them to a close,
Calling your awareness inside your body and into your inner world.
Gently begin deepening your breath,
Inviting each breath to be just a little deeper and slower than the way in which you normally breathe,
Feeling your body expand with each deep long inhale,
And willingly releasing and letting go as you exhale,
Letting go of anything that came before this moment,
Letting go of any thoughts of the past or the future,
And just being present here as you breathe.
Namaste.
And now I invite you to bring this breath into your Sacred Heart space.
Letting each deep breath fill your heart,
Expanding your heart with the energy of divine love,
With the feeling tone of gratitude.
And each inhale to create an expansion of these energies in your heart.
And with each exhale,
Just relaxing your body a little more and letting these energies of love,
Of grace,
Of gratitude,
Move through your body,
Relaxing any tension,
Releasing any resistance.
Gently bringing your body into a space of ease and comfort.
And with each deep breath,
Just relaxing your body a little more and letting these energies of gratitude grow stronger,
Allowing your whole body and spirit to feel what it feels like to you to be grateful,
To feel appreciative,
To feel thankful.
Letting this feeling grow and then exhaling it out into all the muscles,
Cells,
And particles in the beautiful being that is you.
Allowing your body,
Heart,
Mind,
And spirit to be nourished with this energy of gratitude.
Letting this feeling grow and then exhale,
Just relaxing your body,
Relaxing any tension,
It's the fruit of the you you And as you continue to breathe in this feeling tone of gratitude of grace of divine love I Invite you to bring into your heart a person in your life that you are grateful for Someone who has helped you or guided you or brought you even further on the path that you are on Someone that you are thankful for and appreciative of Is bringing this person into your heart And with each breath Allowing this feeling tone of gratitude in your body and spirit to become stronger you feeling the energy of gratitude for this person and even visualizing this individual surrounded with rays of light Surrounded in the energy of love And uplifted by the gratitude that you feel for them Pouring forth this energy of appreciation from your heart to theirs you you you Still breathing deep still breathing slow Still breathing in this abundance of gratitude and appreciation and Sharing this energy of thankfulness of love With an individual in your world Who has helped you guided you and aided you on the path that you are on Feeling your own heart body mind and spirit uplifted as you experience this gratitude and witnessing as the individual you are thankful for Receives this energy of gratitude and too is uplifted revitalized and renewed you you you Taking one more moment to honor this individual and all that they are you are offering sincere appreciation for the ways in which they have helped you on your path And then gently letting the image of them fade away you Trusting that they have been nourished by this energy of gratitude from your heart to theirs And letting your awareness come back simply to your own heart to the deep inhales and exhales of breath in and out of your heart once more connecting with this energy of gratitude the feeling tone of appreciation and taking a moment to give thanks for all that you are for the beautiful being that is you surrendering to the feeling tone of gratitude for you you trusting that you are exactly where you are supposed to be on your journey through life trusting that you are being divinely led divinely guided trusting that you can hear this guidance from the unknown simply by slowing the mind down breathing a little deeper and connecting with your sacred heart the energy of gratitude so so now gently while holding this energy of gratitude in your being while allowing yourself to stay rooted and connected with this feeling tone of appreciation and thanks I invite you to gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space in which you're in bringing gentle movements to your fingers and toes letting your breath take on ever natural rhythm feels right to you at this time and then gently opening your eyes and returning to the space around you with eyes open allowing yourself to enclose feel gratitude for the space that holds you maybe taking a moment to look around your surroundings and just feel appreciation for something that is near you for the energy that holds you so knowing that even as this meditation comes to a close you're always one breath away from experiencing ease and peace when you breathe into your sacred heart its divine energy and grace of gratitude so
