Hello,

Dear one,

And welcome to this brief guided meditation to realign with the present moment.

So at this time allow yourself to become comfortable in a seated position with your eyes open or closed.

And gently shift your awareness to your breath,

Letting each breath be just a little deeper and slower.

Bringing your full attention to each inhale and exhale of breath in your body.

And as you breathe deeply and slowly,

Shifting your attention down to the bottoms of your feet and whatever surface they rest upon.

Feeling the connection between your feet and the surface of the earth.

Being present with your breath and your feet.

Not trying to change anything but just gently being here now.

As you breathe awareness into your feet.

And then slowly draw your attention up from your feet through your calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Pelvis,

All the way in to your belly.

Breathing deep into your belly and feeling this space expand and contract with each deep breath.

Feeling present with your breath and your belly in this moment right here,

Right now.

And then drawing your attention up all the way through your abdomen into your sacred heart.

Breathing deep into your heart space,

Feeling the expansion of your heart,

Being present with your breath and your heart.

And then letting this awareness drift down through your arms,

All the way into your hands and fingers.

Being fully aware of the vibration of energy moving through your hands and fingers.

Breathing deep and being present with your breath,

Your hands and fingers.

And then drawing this awareness back through your arms and your heart into your neck.

Becoming fully aware of the sensations in your neck,

Being present with your breath and your neck.

And drawing this awareness up even still into your head,

Feeling the whole of your head.

Just breathing deep into your head,

Being aware of this space in your body,

Feeling present with your breath and your head.

And now gently tracing your awareness back down through the body all the way into your feet.

Taking a few deep cleansing breaths,

Calling the energy up from the earth all the way through your feet,

Into your calves,

Your knees,

Thighs,

Pelvis and belly.

Calling the breath even further still into the heart,

Your arms,

Shoulders and neck,

All the way up into the crown of your head.

And then exhaling out and letting go of anything that no longer serves you at this time.

Fully allowing your attention and awareness to land here now.

Gently opening your eyes and bringing into your focus the space around you.

Feeling present with your breath and your body and the here and the now.
