Welcome to this guided meditation on embracing your own worthiness.

I invite you to become comfortable either seated or laying down.

Just gently bringing your awareness into the present moment of the here and the now.

Just beginning by taking an observation of your surroundings,

Allowing your awareness of what is around you to root you even more deeply into the now moment.

Just scanning and observing all that you see within your line of sight.

And as you feel ready,

You may gently close your eyes and bring your awareness into your body.

Bring your awareness into observing all that is present for you in this moment.

What sensations or emotions are arising in your body?

How are you feeling?

What thoughts are coming up in your mind?

Just fully being present to what is.

At this time,

Not trying to change anything or make anything different than it is,

But just simply observing being present and being in your body.

Now I invite you to gently turn your awareness to your breath,

Observing each inhale as it comes into your body and each exhale as it moves out of your body.

Inviting your breath to be just a little deeper,

Just a little slower,

Just a little softer than what you're used to.

Inviting the breath to create a sensation of relaxation,

Of calm and ease.

Inviting the breath into areas in the body where there may be tension or discomfort and allowing each inhale to just soften these areas just a little more.

And each exhale to deepen the sense of relaxation,

Of calm and ease in the body.

And if thoughts come in of past or future,

Of what you need to do or where you need to go,

Just gently return your attention to the breath.

Return your attention to the inhales and exhales of oxygen into your body,

Inviting the feeling of relaxation into every area,

Every cell,

Every particle.

And as you continue to breathe in the sensation of relaxation,

I invite you to turn your awareness to your heart.

Once again,

Inviting your breath to be just a little deeper and slower than what you're used to and allowing your focus on your heart to bring you into the awareness of the emotion of love.

With each inhale,

Expanding your heart space and filling it up with this love.

And with each exhale,

Sending that out into all the cells,

All the particles in your body,

Surrendering fully to this feeling of love,

Knowing that in this space you are held,

Knowing that this love is who you are,

Allowing yourself to fully embrace this feeling of love,

Fully be present with this feeling of love.

Continuously,

Inviting yourself back to the breath,

Continuously inviting yourself back to your body,

Continuously inviting yourself back to your heart and this ever flowing,

Overflowing sensation and feeling of love,

Inviting this emotion and sensation to radiate throughout your entire body.

Now,

As you continue to breathe into your body,

As you continue to breathe into your heart,

I invite you to repeat the following words and as you speak the words or say them mentally in your mind,

Allow yourself to fully connect with the essence and energetic vibration of each phrase,

I am worthy.

I am worthy of joy.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of safety.

I am worthy of compassion.

I am worthy of abundance.

I am worthy of my heart's desires.

I am worthy of it all.

Allowing yourself to fully feel the essence of your own worthiness,

Breathing your worthiness into your body,

Breathing into this feeling of worthiness,

Of knowing of your own majestic beauty,

Of your own divine light.

And if thoughts come in of past or future or thoughts come in trying to convince you of something different than your worthiness,

Just gently observe them for what they are.

Returning to the breath,

Returning to your heart,

Returning to this deep knowing of your worthiness,

Of your beauty,

Of your grace.

Tuning in to this feeling of worthiness and returning to the words,

I am worthy.

I am worthy of joy.

I am worthy of love.

I am worthy of safety.

I am worthy of compassion.

I am worthy of abundance.

I am worthy of my heart's desires.

I am worthy of it all.

Allowing yourself to continue speaking either out loud or in your mind,

Whichever words resonate more deeply with you and fully inviting yourself to connect with the energy and essence of your own worthiness.

And each moment allowing yourself to surrender just a little more to the feeling of worthiness,

To the knowing of your own worthiness,

To the knowing that you are enough.

Allowing yourself to continue speaking either out loud or in your mind,

Whatever words resonate more deeply with you and fully inviting yourself to connect with the energy and essence of your own worthiness.

Slowly and very gently bring your awareness back into your local environment in the space in which you are sitting or laying down.

And bring gentle movements into your fingers and toes.

Slowly and gently waking your body up,

All while staying rooted and grounded in this sensation of worthiness,

Of love.

Knowing that in any moment,

At any time,

You can always connect with this sense of worthiness simply by slowing down the breath,

Moving into the body,

Slowing down the mind and coming into the heart and allowing yourself to really feel the words,

I am worthy.

Allowing their energetic essence to permeate throughout your entire body.

So as you continue to wake your body up,

You can bring gentle movements by swaying your body from side to side,

Allowing this energy of worthiness to just radiate throughout your body as it re-alivens and reawakens.

Knowing fully that you are worthy.

You are worthy of love.

You are worthy of joy and compassion and safety.

You are worthy of it all.

So as you feel ready and as you feel called,

You may gently and slowly open your eyes.

You are worthy of it all.

You are worthy of it all.

You are worthy of it all.
