Start by sitting comfortably.

Close your eyes and relax your body.

Now imagine that all around you there's a giant red ball of light.

Relax inside your ball of light.

Now take a slow deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly release out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and breathe out through your mouth.

Relax your body.

Notice how your body feels.

And watch the ball of light float up towards the sky.

And now imagine that all around you there's a giant orange ball of light.

Relax inside your ball of light.

And now take a slow deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly release out through the mouth.

Let's take another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and out through the mouth.

And take another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly breathe out through the mouth.

Relax your body.

Notice how your body feels.

And watch the ball of light float up towards the sky.

And now imagine that all around you there's a giant yellow ball of light.

Relax inside your ball of light.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and out through the mouth.

And another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly out through the mouth.

And let's take another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and out through the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose.

And now hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly out through the mouth.

Relax your body.

Notice how your body feels.

And watch the ball of light float up towards the sky.

And now imagine that all around you there's a giant green ball of light.

Relax inside your ball of light.

Take a deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly out through the mouth.

And another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly out through the mouth.

Let's take another deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and out through the mouth.

And let's do it again.

One more deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly out through the mouth.

And one more time.

Deep breath in through the nose.

Hold it for 1,

2,

3 and slowly out through the mouth.

Notice how your body feels.

And watch the ball of light float up towards the sky.

Now imagine that all around you there's a giant multicolored ball of light.

That's going to stay with you for the rest of the day and help you stay relaxed and joyful.

And I'll take a big stretch with your arms.

Open your eyes and get ready for an awesome day.
