Energy Healing Meditation For Self-Worth

Start by sitting comfortably,

On a chair or on a bed or wherever feels good to you,

And in a way that you're not wrestling with your body,

But that you feel relaxed and alert.

And now bring awareness to your body here and now,

And start by taking a deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

Deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

And just one more deep breath in through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

And now just allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm,

And just observe your breath.

Feel the air rising up,

And then feel your chest as it subsides with your out breath.

Now bring your awareness to your heart center.

Today's meditation is about connecting you with your natural self-worth that sits right underneath all the conditioning,

All the beliefs that you've inherited in your childhood,

But that no longer serve you.

This is an energy healing meditation where you'll be receiving downloads to remove some of these limiting beliefs,

And to experience a download so you can receive the feeling,

The sensation,

And the understanding of new beliefs that are going to leave you connected with that self-worth,

Present to your self-worth,

Alive in your sense of self-worth.

Start feeling your heart as it begins to open up.

Invite it to open up fully to this experience.

Let go of any resistance,

And just be a witness to your heart center beginning to open up.

And now start feeling the presence of your divine spark.

Your divine spark is made up of the same life force that weaves everything and everyone,

Every circumstance,

Everything that is alive,

Shares this life force,

And it runs through you.

It is your essence.

So allow your divine spark to begin to shine and radiate out of your heart.

Feel the sensations around your heart as it begins to be flooded by your beautiful divine spark,

The creative energy,

The loving energy that lives in you.

And now allow it to begin to expand,

Radiating out of your heart,

And allow it to start traveling down your body in the direction of your legs,

Past your sit bones,

Past the upper part of your legs,

Past your knees,

Past the lower part of your legs.

And now imagine that from within the soles of your feet you start growing these beautiful roots that go right into the depths of the earth,

Past layers and layers of shimmering minerals and crystals.

Allow them to continue to expand and continue to go into the depths of the earth until you find a magnificent gigantic crystal that represents the heart of mother earth.

And this crystal is a gigantic amethyst.

Now send your energy down,

Your divine spark,

Through your roots all the way down in the direction of that gigantic amethyst.

Witness that energy traveling down your roots until it reaches that amethyst.

And now fill it up with all your energy and allow mother earth to receive it as nourishment.

Now allow mother earth to nourish you back as she amplifies,

Purifies this energy,

Sends it back to you through your roots.

And now pull it up towards your body,

Filling up every cell,

Every atom,

Every molecule as it enters your body through the soles of your feet,

Traveling upwards through your body,

Filling up every crevice,

Every area of your body,

Opening each of your chakras or energy centers in the best and highest way possible for you.

Continue to allow this energy to permeate your entire body,

Filling up every cell,

Every atom,

Every molecule in the body,

All the way up to the top of your head.

And now that you're completely filled with this energy,

Allow it to exit through the top of your head through your crown chakra and allow it to exit and form a beautiful ball of light right above you.

Now notice the color that this ball takes.

Hop onto your ball of light and allow it to elevate you past the ceiling of the room that you're in,

Past the roof of the building that you're in,

Traveling through today's beautiful sky.

Keep on going up and you feel very safe doing so.

And the further up you go,

The more relaxed you feel.

Keep on going up,

Exiting the Earth's atmosphere,

Entering the vastness of the universe.

Keep on going up and keep relaxing,

Entering now a golden layer that represents our spirit guides,

Our guardian angels,

And all the invisible support that we receive from this realm every day and throughout our life's journey.

Acknowledge that support and keep on going up and relaxing inside your ball of light,

Entering now a jelly-like substance that is multi-colored.

Keep on going up,

Entering now a rose-colored mist that represents the law of compassion.

And I'll take a moment here to extend some compassion towards yourself.

We are so good at doing this for other people,

But we're not good at doing that to ourselves.

So feel some compassion towards yourself here,

Give yourself some grace.

And now keep on going up and as you get near the top of this layer,

A beautiful portal begins to open up and through it you can see a tingling white light.

Allow yourself to be drawn to this tingling white light.

Allow your ball to take you there,

Your ball of light.

Now enter this portal and take a deep dive into a magnificent sea of pearly white iridescent light.

And now allow your ball of light to dissolve in this magnificent sea of pearly white iridescent light.

Allow the contours of your body to dissolve in it too,

And it's very safe to do so.

Here you are one with the unified field,

The creator of all that is,

The life force that creates worlds.

It has many names,

But its essence is unconditional love and pure possibility.

Continue to bathe in this magnificent sea of pearly white iridescent light.

Feel this energy in every single cell of your body,

In every aspect of your being,

And fully merge with it.
