And I want you to imagine that inside your heart there's a treasure chest filled with a beautiful shimmering white light.
This is a magical light that spreads a feeling of love wherever you send it.
Now open that treasure chest and hold lots of that energy in your hands and spread it all around your body,
Head to toe.
You're now covered in this beautiful tingling white light and a wave of love is washing all over you.
Feel all that love like a giant,
Warm,
Loving hug.
You are so good and you are loved so much.
Relax.

And now let's send it to all the people that are important in your life.
Grab some more shimmering light from inside the treasure chest,
Place it in your hands and we're going to send it to all your favorite people.
