Energy Healing Meditation For Letting Go Of The Past

Start by sitting comfortably,

Close your eyes,

And relax.

Now let's take a deep breath in through the nose,

And now slowly out through the mouth.

Let's do it again a little slower.

Deep breath in through the nose,

And now release slowly through the mouth.

Let's do it one more time.

Deep breath in through the nose,

And now release through the mouth.

And now bring your awareness to your heart center,

And begin to feel the energy of your beautiful heart.

Begin to feel the presence of your divine spark,

And begin to remember that you're a powerful creator.

The creative intelligence of the universe that this beautiful,

Loving,

Unlimited energy also runs through you in the form of your divine spark.

And let the energy of your divine spark begin to radiate out of your heart,

And let it travel through your torso,

Spreading love,

Spreading relaxation all through you.

Let it expand through your sit bones,

Through your thighs,

Through your knees,

Now down through to your ankles.

And now imagine that from within the soles of your feet you begin to grow beautiful roots that go right into the depths of the earth.

Let these roots connect you with the earth.

Let them travel deeply through layers and layers of shimmering minerals and crystals,

Reminding you that you are always supported,

That you are always being provided for,

That your life is always being made possible by your divine spark.

Let your roots continue to grow until you find a gigantic crystal,

A gigantic amethyst that represents the heart of Mother Earth.

And now send the energy of your divine spark all the way down through your roots,

And fill up this gigantic amethyst with all your energy.

Let Mother Earth receive it as nourishment from you.

Now let Mother Earth nourish you back by purifying,

Amplifying this energy and sending it back towards you.

Let this energy fill up your roots.

Now pull it towards your body,

Entering your body now through the soles of your feet,

Filling up every cell,

Every atom,

Every molecule in your body,

Opening each of your chakras in the best and highest way possible.

All the way up to the top of your head.

Now let this energy exit through the top of your head and let it form a beautiful ball of light right above you.

Notice the color that this ball takes.

Now hop inside this ball of light and let it take you upwards past the ceiling of the room that you're in,

Past the roof of the building that you're in,

Traveling through today's beautiful sky.

Inside your ball of light.

And the further up you go inside this sacred ball of light,

The more you relax,

I'm sorry for everything that's happened to you.

I am a conscious adult now and I can take care of both of us.

To do a reset of all your memories so that your past memories can be allocated in the past behind you to be accessed as archives when necessary,

But no longer as lived experiences.

And that your future memories are allocated in the future in front of you so that your present moment is free for you to experience.

And now do give me permission to ask the creator of all that is to instill in you the belief that by blessing your past and letting it go you are not letting people off the hook,

You are not condoning what happened to you,

Oh Sofia this was an amazing guided meditation from you. O usually lay down but i remember this time that you recommend to sit down. I was swimming in tears as I released all the past hurtful experiences at the end I felt relieved and exited that I have left all the hurt behind and found my beautiful inner child just just waiting for me to acknowledge that we had done nothing wrong to be treated in such a poor way.
