Start by sitting in a comfortable position,
In a way that you feel relaxed and in a way that you're not struggling with your body in any way,
But also making sure that you are fully alert.
And now take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And one more deep breath in and out.
And now just allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm.
Start getting present in your body,
Noticing how you feel,
But without judging what is.
Just allow yourself to be fully present here and now.
And now bring your awareness to your heart center.
And now start feeling the warmth that your heart emanates.
Start feeling the energy around your heart.
And now allow your heart to open up to this experience so you can connect with your authentic desires,
With your natural peace,
With who you truly are and the power that is already deep within you.
And with your awareness on your heart center,
You're going to ask yourself the four soul questions.
We ask these questions from a place of curiosity,
Of wanting to know what's deeply true for us,
So that we practice listening to our inner voice,
But also to the source of our entire experience.
Question number one.
Who am I?
Who am I truly?
Beyond this body?
Beyond this personality?
Beyond the stories of my past?
Beyond any fears of the future?
Who am I?
Question number two.
What do I want?
What is my deepest desire?
What do I want?
Question number three.
What is my purpose?
How can I help and how can I serve myself and others with my unique gifts and talents?
What is my purpose?
Question number four.
What am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
What am I grateful for?
And now we release the questions and the answers back into the field of infinite possibilities,
The source of who we are,
The source of all our experiences.
We are planting seeds that in time will bear fruit.
And we're now going to introduce our silent mantra.
And our mantra is Soham.
Soham.
Soham.
Soham.
We repeat the mantra silently and effortlessly,
Almost as if we're listening to it and without forcing or concentrating.
And whenever we notice that our attention has drifted away towards thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations,
Noises,
Images,
Or any other distractions,
And it will,
Because this is a natural part of a successful meditation practice,
Then all we do is very gently and innocently turn our attention back into silently repeating the mantra.
Soham.
Soham.
Soham.
Soham.
Soham.
Please continue to repeat the mantra silently.
I will mind the time and let you know when it's time to release it.
It is time to release the mantra.
Please continue to sit restfully with your eyes closed.
Resting in being.
Resting in presence.
Resting in awareness.
This is your true essence.
And we're going to end this meditation with the four intentions for a powerful,
Vibrant,
And fulfilling life.
Joyful,
Energetic body.
Joyful,
Energetic body.
Loving,
Compassionate heart.
Loving,
Compassionate heart.
Reflective,
Alert mind.
Reflective,
Alert mind.
Lightness of being.
Lightness of being.
And remember,
You are worthy of the best that love and life have to offer.
Slowly start coming back.
And when you're ready,
Please open your eyes.
