Welcome to this meditation for manifesting the life you desire.

I'm Sophia Eastmond and I'm going to guide you on a theta healing designed to connect you with the most beautiful vision you can imagine for your life,

Imagining that you already have it.

And then we're going to use theta healing also to release any negative beliefs,

Any obstacles that are in the way of your beautiful manifestation.

And the secret here will be to really relax but feel into this life that you want to live as if it's already yours.

If you have the desire,

Then you're meant to have this life that you can see in your vision.

So we're going to start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And another deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And one more deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

And now allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm.

Begin to feel present in your body.

And now bring your awareness to your heart center.

Start by feeling the warmth around your heart in your chest area.

Begin to feel the energy that is right inside your heart.

This is the energy of your creative spark,

Of your divine spark.

You too are a piece of the divine intelligence that weaves everything and everyone together.

You too have this creative potential that can create worlds that can manifest and bring to life something that is dear to your heart.

So start by feeling this presence,

This divine spark,

And allow this energy to begin to radiate out of your heart.

Feel it expand now.

Allow it to begin traveling down your body,

Past your torso,

Past your sit bones,

Past the upper part of your legs,

Past your knees,

Past the lower part of your legs,

Past your ankles.

And now imagine that from within the soles of your feet you begin to grow these beautiful roots that go right into the depths of the earth.

Allow your roots to go past layers and layers of shimmering minerals and crystals.

Allow your roots to continue to anchor themselves and go deeper and deeper into the earth.

And the deeper your roots go and grow,

The more grounded,

The more supported,

The more relaxed,

And the more trusting you feel with this process.

And now allow your roots to anchor themselves into a gigantic crystal that represents the heart of Mother Earth.

And that crystal is a giant piece of citrine to also represent abundance.

And now send the energy of your divine spark through your roots.

Allow it to go down past those layers in the direction of that crystal.

And now fill up that giant crystal,

That giant piece of citrine with your beautiful energy and allow Mother Earth to receive it as nourishment from you.

And now allow Mother Earth to nourish you back as she purifies,

Amplifies this energy and sends it back to you,

Towards your roots.

And now feel your roots strengthen with this energy.

And now pull this energy towards you,

Entering your body now through the soles of your feet,

Filling up every cell,

Every atom,

Every molecule in your body as it travels upwards.

Allow it to continue to go up,

Opening each of your chakras or energy centers in the best and highest way possible.

Allow it to go up.

Continue to feel this energy as it fills up every cell in your body and allow it to get all the way up to the top of your head.

And now with each of your chakras fully open,

Allow this energy to exit through the top of your head and allow it to form a beautiful ball of light right above you.

And enter this ball of light now.

Take a moment to notice its color.

And now allow it to elevate you past the ceiling of the room that you're in,

Past the roof of the building that you're in.

Traveling through today's beautiful sky,

Keep on going up.

And the further up you go,

The more relaxed you feel and the more open you feel to this healing meditation.

Continue to go up,

Exiting the Earth's atmosphere and entering the depths of the universe.

Keep on going up,

Entering now a golden layer that represents our spirit guides,

Our guardian angels,

And all the invisible support we receive from other beings.

Acknowledge this support and keep on going up.

Entering now a jelly-like multi-colored layer.

Keep on going up and keep relaxing.

Keep on going up and keep relaxing.

Entering now a rose-colored mist that represents the law of compassion.

And take a moment here to feel some compassion towards yourself.

You may be going through some things that are weighing heavily on you,

Or you might just simply be eager to move to the next stage of your abundance and your life,

Wherever you're at.

Just give yourself some grace and some compassion for where you're at.

Continue to go up now,

Inside your ball of light.

And as you near the top of this layer,

A beautiful portal begins to open up.

And through it,

You can see a tingling white light.

Allow your ball of light to take you to this portal.

Allow your ball of light to take you to this portal.

Enter this portal now and take a deep dive into a magnificent sea of pearly white iridescent light.

Allow your ball of light to dissolve into this magnificent sea of pearly white iridescent light.

And allow your body to melt into it too.

And it's very safe to do so.

This is the energy of unconditional love,

Of pure creative potential.

This is the realm of the creator of all that is.

Feel all this energy through you.

And just be one with its unconditional love.

And now feel Mother Earth's heart with all this energy.

Allow her to nourish you back by purifying,

Amplifying this energy and sending it back towards you,

Strengthening your roots now.

Feel your center,

Feel yourself be grounded as you receive this energy in your roots.

Pull all this energy now towards you,

Entering your body now through the soles of your feet,

Filling up every cell,

Every atom in your body,

Every molecule as it travels upwards,

Balancing each of your chakras as it continues to go up all the way up to the top of your head,

Leaving you in complete balance.

Feel this energy in and around you.

And now when you're ready,

Slowly come back to the room,

Come back to your body.
