This gentle 5-minute yoga practice is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. In this short floor-based sequence, we move through a lying hamstring stretch, glute stretch, and gentle twist to release the hips, lower back, and back of the legs. This practice is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed, tense, or simply need a moment to pause and soften. This yoga sequence invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and allow the body to gently open without force. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into pain. This is your time to rest, reset, and come back to yourself, a space to slow down… soften… and rest in this moment of stillness.
