This gentle sleep talk-down and sleep meditation invites you to unwind beside a moon-lit lotus pond, soothing nighttime anxiety, overthinking, and a racing mind at night. Release the day’s tension, soften emotional overwhelm, and drift into deep sleep. As the lotus opens and glows across the water, you are invited to sense that same light spreading within, warm, safe, and deeply soothing and supporting nervous system regulation and a quieter mind. Each slow breath draws you further into stillness until thoughts dissolve and the night holds you gently. Perfect for falling asleep fast at bedtime, evening wind-down, or if you experience insomnia, can’t fall asleep, can’t stay asleep, or wake in the night. This meditation helps to calm the body, ease stress and anxiety, and surrender to restorative sleep. You may drift, float, and dream, held in the peaceful calm of the lotus pond.
