Try this short and effective meditation for overwhelm. Feel your feet connecting to the earth with bilateral stimulation with the breath connecting with the breath and your feet. I understand you're feeling overwhelmed.

Let's deal with this together.

Allow your eyes to close or gaze to a fixed point.

Breathing in through your nose filling your lungs with air and exhale letting go.

Breathing in and out.

Feel your feet connecting you to mother earth.

Gently pressing your toes of one foot down to the floor.

Release the toes of the other foot down into the floor and release.

Inhale press the right toes and release.

Inhale press the left toes and release.

Inhaling right and release.

Inhale press the left toes and release.

Feel your feet connecting you to mother earth.

Mentally say I trust in my ability to stay grounded.

I trust in my ability to stay grounded.

Feeling capable deserving of peace.

When you're ready gently opening your eyes.
