Calm the fear of failure in just 3 minutes with this soothing reset. This short practice uses gentle breath, heart-centred grounding touch, and compassionate language to ease perfectionism, soften self-criticism, and support healthier self-esteem. Ideal for those moments when you’re frozen by “what if I mess it up?” or worried you’re not doing enough, you’ll be guided to come back to your body, steady your nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of inner courage. Instead of pushing yourself harder, you’ll practice acceptance, reminding your mind and heart that trying is already a brave step forward. Featuring music by Matt Moore Zzyzx at 528Hz, this track is designed to feel safe, simple, and easy to return to whenever you need a quick reset or confidence boost. When to listen: - Morning to start with confidence and self-belief - Midday to reset, refocus, and move through fear of failure - Evening to release worry, soften perfectionism, and unwind before rest

Welcome.

My name's Sandhya,

And this short practice is a calm reset for moments when fear of failure feels light.

Take a slow,

Easy breath in through your nose,

And a long,

Gentle breath out through your mouth.

Place your hand over your heart's centre at the centre of the chest,

Or wherever feels soothing.

Allow this warmth of touch to remind your body that it is safe to pause.

With each breath you take,

Notice a quiet strength building inside you,

Knowing you do not have to have it all figured out.

You don't need to know how everything will go.

You only need to begin.

Release the pressure to get everything right,

And take one step forward,

Even if it's wobbly.

A step forward means you are growing.

And if your mind whispers,

What if I fail?

Then you might answer kindly,

If I fail,

Then I will learn.

And that is success.

Take one last slow breath in,

Sighing out softly.

You are safe to begin.

You are capable.

And you are enough.
