In Day 3 of this 5-day series, you’ll be introduced to body awareness, a grounding practice ideal for newcomers. During this session, you’ll be gently guided to tune into the physical sensations within your body – the connection to the surface beneath you, the feel of fabric on your skin. These simple sensory experiences help ground you in the present, offering calm and stability. Regular practice helps you feel more connected and relaxed, easing wandering thoughts and allowing moments of peaceful stillness to naturally arise. Settle into a comfortable position and explore the calm that comes from tuning into your body’s subtle signals. Music by Music of Wisdom: The Cycle of Life.
