
ADHD Overwhelm Relief For Sleep
Bedtime rumination can feel like your ADHD brain is scrolling at midnight, replaying conversations, planning tomorrow, or searching for the “right” solution. This 60-minute sleep meditation is a gentle, trauma-informed talk-down to support difficulty falling asleep, nighttime anxiety, and bedtime overthinking. We’ll begin with grounding and soft breath support, and move through a simple repetitive body scan. Supportive for insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep, bedtime rumination, night-time anxiety, interrupted sleep, waking in the night, and early waking. If you’re carrying stress, overwhelm, sensitivity, or you’ve had a hard day, you’re welcome here too.
