Finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning? Perhaps your body is still tired, your mind is already busy, or starting the day feels harder than it should. This gentle ADHD 5 Minute morning meditation is designed to support that transition from resting to getting started, without pressure or judgement. Using simple breath awareness, grounding and supportive language, you can give yourself a little time to wake up and begin with one small step. Supportive for ADHD mornings, difficulty getting out of bed, morning overwhelm, task initiation, procrastination and transitions. You don't have to do everything at once. One small step is enough. Best time to listen: first thing in the morning, while you're still in bed and getting ready to start your day. This is inspired by my ADHD Get Stuff Done tracks Music used with gratitude by Matt Moore Zzyzx
