Welcome to this ADHD energy balance series,
The power surge and dimmer switch,
Finding yourself a position of comfort and ease as you allow your eyes to gently close,
Becoming aware of your breath,
Notice the natural inhale and exhale,
Notice the rise and fall of the breath in the body as you begin to deepen your breath,
Inhale exhale inhale exhale inhale exhale imagine your energy as a dimmer light switch,
Some daisy energy surges all the way up bright and vibrant and other days it naturally dims soft and quiet sometimes the shifts happen on their own without you controlling it sometimes your energy is high sometimes your energy is low and it's okay breathing in breathing out when your energy surges embrace it and when it dims allow yourself the space to rest and be kind to yourself and know you need to rest and take breaks when you need them breathing in breathing out you are exactly where you need to be flow with the energy you have be gentle with yourself breathing in breathing out just like a switch without our command our light may dim soft in hand from vibrant brightness to a quiet glow our energy shifts in constant flow not something to control nor force into light but a dimmer that shifts like day into night ebb and flow like the moon and sun no need to rush no race to be won in the rhythm of energy gentle and kind embrace the changes let go of the mind let the dimmer flow as soft as it may in this moment you are perfectly okay thank you so much for listening to this do check out my other tracks this meditation is part of a series called ADHD energy balance
