When you have ADHD, to-do lists can feel overwhelming, like trying to solve a puzzle with too many pieces. By focusing on one task at a time, you can ease the pressure and bring clarity to your day. This guide helps you visualize your to-do list as a puzzle, where each task is a piece that you place with patience and focus. Through calming breathwork and gentle movement, you'll create a sense of control, release anxiety, and shift into a mindset of progress. I hope this reduces your overwhelm, thinking this way certainly helps me with my ADHD brain!

Begin to allow your eyes to close.

I know you may feel overwhelmed now,

But don't panic.

Let's breathe together.

Take a breath in,

And out,

In,

And out,

And once more in,

And away.

Visualize your to-do list as a puzzle.

Each task is a piece,

And you can only place one piece at a time.

Mentally repeat,

I can do this.

I start with one puzzle piece at a time.

One task at a time.

I can do this.

I start with one puzzle piece at a time.

One task at a time.

I am making progress.

I am capable.

I am making progress.

I am capable.

Take in some nice deep breaths.

Bring the awareness to your body,

Noticing the floor beneath you,

And gently opening your eyes.

If you wish here,

Shaking out your arms,

Your hands,

Creating energy back into your body,

You've got this.

If you enjoyed this,

See you again.
