Hello and welcome.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Let your body settle.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and release it gently through your mouth.

This practice is an invitation to remind yourself you are safe,

You are allowed to take up space,

You are enough as you are.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Notice how it holds you without effort,

Without condition.

Let yourself lean into that support.

Taking another breath in and a soft breath out.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Relax your forehead.

Soften your jaw.

Release your shoulders down away from your ears.

Feel your chest expand as you breathe in and soften as you breathe out.

Notice your belly rising and falling.

Each breath reminding your body it is safe here.

Now silently repeat after me.

Let the words land in your body.

I am safe to be me.

It is safe for me to rest.

It is safe for me to speak my truth.

It is safe for me to take up space.

I am safe to be exactly who I am.

Let's take those affirmations in by taking a big deep inhale and holding at the top.

And then exhale letting it go.

Now I invite you to picture yourself standing in a place that feels safe to you.

Maybe in nature,

Surrounded by trees or water.

Maybe in a cozy room wrapped in warmth.

Maybe somewhere only your imagination knows.

See yourself breathing with ease in this space.

Notice how the air fills around you.

Notice how your body relaxes just by being here.

Take a final slow deep breath in and release it fully.

I invite you,

If you feel safe,

To bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly.

Feel the rise and fall beneath your palms.

Silently repeat once more.

I am safe,

I am present,

I am free to be me.

Just one more time.

I am safe,

I am present,

I am free to be me.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this sense of safety and authenticity with you into the rest of your day.
