That tries to talk us out of taking care of ourselves.
That's interesting.

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Relax,
Come back to our center.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Bored,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Peaceful,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever your feeling is a-okay,
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith and the unfolding of our day and the unfolding of our moment to moment.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you sat.
You can lie down and sit down,
Close the eyes and leave them open,
Whatever you like.
Becoming aware of how you feel,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the belly,
The hands and feet.
So take a deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Excel,
Old life,
Old energy.
Letting go of past,
Letting go of future,
As we breathe at this moment.
And exhale.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Breathing into the heart.
Exhale,
Opening the heart.
Breathing in chest.
Exhale,
Deepening trance.
You Give it your love.
Exhale,
Deepening low.
Beating an awareness.
Exhale,
Expanding awareness.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me.
Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Breathe out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Allowing the breath to be natural as you look inwards.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands,
Relaxing the feet,
Relaxing the arms,
Relaxing the legs.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale,
Letting go.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing into the whole body.
Exhale,
Relaxing the whole body,
Relaxing the mind,
Freeing the mind,
Allowing it to be.
Allowing the emotions,
Allowing the moods,
The inner climate.
I suppose.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Be great.
Yeah.
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
