Welcome,
My friends,
To On Haiku.
I'm not a moon.
And I'm here with you.
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax.
Come back to our center.
Come back to the chest.
Come back to.
.
.
A sense of love for yourself,
For life.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Overwhelmed,
Angry,
Tired,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyous.
Or somewhere in between.
Know that you're not alone,
That so many people around the world can relate to the same anxieties,
The same stress.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back.
Back to our awareness of something beyond the thoughts and emotions,
Sensations.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
My friend,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open,
Whatever feels natural.
Beginning to notice how you feel in this moment,
Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever is inside,
As it is.
Taking a deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Old life,
Old energy.
Passes Paris,
It's gone.
Breathing in things mildly.
Exhale with the winds.
Breathe man.
Breathe now.
In here.
Excellent.
Wait,
Hold on.
I'm leaving now.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Maybe selling the body,
Breathing out.
Softening the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Relaxing the eyes as you breathe in trust.
And exhale,
Deepening trust.
Feeling the energy of trust spread through the body,
Spread through the mind,
Melting away fears,
Worries.
Once you breathe in,
Lift.
Exhale,
Deepening love,
Expanding love.
Opening to more love.
Accepting more love.
Feeling more love as you breathe in.
Breathe out.
Softening,
Letting go of tension with your awareness.
Letting go of future,
Coming back into this moment as you breathe in slow and soft.
Excellent.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
And then deep breath out,
Letting go.
Letting go of planning,
Analyzing.
So keep witnessing and welcoming your inner world.
Very gently,
Very lovingly looking in.
Letting go of thoughts,
Natural for the mind to drift about,
Drifting back into awareness.
So take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Softening the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Softening the hands and feet.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Aware of how you feel after taking some deep breaths.
And bringing the attention inwards.
Witnessing and welcoming what's inside.
Seeing how that feels to actually welcome what's moving inside the thoughts,
The emotions,
Welcoming them like old friends.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today is yellow.
The number is 11.
And the animal.
.
.
It's a squirrel.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Strength,
Consciousness on your path.
Remember to witness and to welcome the unfolding of life,
Not just your inner world,
But what's going on in your specific circumstance that's absolutely unique.
It's true that probably no one can really understand what you're going through,
Even though we can all relate on some level.
Your circumstance has its own unique unfolding.
And sometimes it unfolds in a way that is frightening,
Overwhelming,
Painful.
And those moments,
If we can witness it and welcome it,
It shifts our whole experience of what's going on instead of pushing it away or resisting the thoughts,
The happenings of our life by welcoming it like an old friend.
We consequently have a more friendly relationship with all of life.
It becomes more easeful.
It becomes more enjoyable.
Not always the easiest thing to do,
But that's why we practice.
That's why the meditation helps us.
With the witnessing aspect.
And then by being able to witness it with more awareness,
We can welcome it.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow.
With love.
