Whatever it is,
We think that more is always better.
Sometimes it's not the case.
Welcome,
My friends.
You're tuned in to Omaha Q.
I'm your host,
Maamoune,
Back with another music meditation.
Just to soothe,
Relax,
Come back to our center.
And back to a sense of calm.
If you've been feeling stressed,
Worried,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Angry,
Bored,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyful,
Alive and peaceful,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
Get in comfortable.
You can lie down or sit up.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Beginning to notice your inner world,
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
As it is.
A way of how you're set,
My friend.
A way of how you feel.
A way into your life.
We live to see another day.
But it won't always be that way.
Remembering this so take a deep breath in This is a deep breath out.
Putting the stress to the side,
Putting the worries to the side,
Putting the inner critic to the side.
So take a deep breath in.
Deep breaths out.
Every cell in the body breathing in.
Every cell in the body breathing.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
I'm giving them beef bracket.
Deep breath out.
Oh my gosh.
And self understanding.
Patience.
You'll get this.
It's a great thing.
Breathe out.
In a deep vacuum.
Thank you.
Pretty good news.
Breathing out.
Stay with me.
Take in a deep breath in.
A deep breath out.
We love you.
Excel.
Breathing in chest.
Thanks for listening.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Dropping the shoulders.
Relaxing your hands and feet.
Relaxing the belly.
So take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Taking a deep breath in.
In a deep breath out.
Becoming aware as you breathe in.
And holding that breath at the top,
Aware of your awareness.
And exhale.
Stay with it,
My friend.
Take in a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Trust in yourself,
Trust in people,
Trust in life.
So take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Relaxing the belly,
Feeling your chest relax.
Arms and legs relaxed.
Letting go of tension in the body with your awareness.
Sigh of relief.
Opening the mind to new possibilities,
Opportunities,
Blessings as you take a deep breath in.
And deep breath out.
And grow scarcity,
Fear,
As you breathe in.
Thank you.
Exhale,
Deepening your feet,
Lightening your feet.
In your path,
The unfolding of circumstance.
Trusting your circumstance right now.
It's really a blessing.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Out.
Allow your mind to be free to think as you look in.
I've got that.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
Be blessed.
I'm breathing now.
And exhale at this side.
You're feeling pain,
Leave the mind,
Leave the body.
Feeling sadness,
Anger,
Despair,
Leave the mind,
Leave the body to come back.
To all the goodness that's already here,
Already inside.
The love that you already have inside is there.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
Becoming aware of how you're sat as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
The color for today is pink,
The number.
Is $9,
999.
And the animal.
It's a lion.
Thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Awareness,
Being in the moment,
Moment to moment,
Remembering that you only have to do one thing at a time.
Sometimes we can overwhelm ourselves with trying to do too much.
Take on too much,
Even if it's not work,
But just emotionally,
Spiritually,
Whatever it is,
We think that more is always better.
Sometimes it's not the case that by taking things away,
Adding constraints,
I notice as creating things every day that by putting constraints,
It actually helps me to be more creative and it makes the creative process easier.
And I noticed how that actually is true in so many other areas of life that by being more minimal,
Taking stuff away,
Sometimes it allows things to flourish,
To grow.
In an unexpected way.
And the same is true with our inner world.
Just simplifying things,
Simplifying our life,
Simplifying the way that our phone is and looks and is set up,
Simplifying our room,
Our environment.
It's going to allow us to think more clear.
It's going to allow us to flow easier.
It's going to allow everything to be more easeful.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with lunch.
