Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to OMHAIKU.
I'm your host,
Mamoun,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Let go of stress,
Let go of anxieties.
Combat the trust and the unfolding of life.
You That being said,
Getting comfortable,
My friend.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down or sit up,
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Beginning to notice how you feel.
Noticing what emotions are present.
Noticing how busy the mind is.
Any restlessness,
Tension in the body.
All is welcome,
Like old friends.
Observing the body.
Noticing where in the body feels tense,
Agitated,
Tired.
Witnessing and welcoming whatsoever you observe in the body and mind.
Dropping the shoulders.
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale,
Letting go of past,
Letting go of future,
Coming into this very moment as you breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in chest.
And exhale.
Breathing in love.
And exhale.
Breathing in compassion.
And exhale.
Breathing in with awareness.
Exhale.
You're doing good,
My friend.
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
You Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the arms and legs,
The hands and feet,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in.
You Breathe out.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Feeling the belly relaxed,
Chest relaxed.
Dropping down from the head into the heart.
Breathing into the heart space.
Exhale,
Opening the heart.
Remembering how much strength we carry in the heart,
The courage to keep going can be found in the heart.
Taking a deep breath in.
In the deep breath out.
Deep breath in.
And holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Letting go of all the air in your lungs.
Just be empty of breath.
Empty,
Empty.
And inhale through the nose,
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware of your presence as you hold that breath.
And exhale.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
Happy to have you here today.
Sending you encouragement on your path.
Have faith in yourself.
Have faith in the people in your life,
In the unfolding of circumstance.
That all is unfolding for our greatest benefit,
Even when it's difficult to see how or why.
This is where the truss comes in.
Taking a deep breath.
In a deep breath out.
In him.
I accept.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Allowing the breath to be natural,
Allowing the mind to be free.
If you have been wanting to think,
Simply allowing the mind total freedom.
To think.
Of thoughts,
Coming back into this moment,
Unlike any other moment there's been before.
So you take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Pretty good,
Yeah?
And breathing out.
Letting go of stress.
Letting go of worries about a future.
Coming back to trust as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Softening the hands.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you with your feet.
Feeling more grounded,
More rooted,
Like a tree.
As you take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Becoming aware of how you sat,
Aware of your space,
Aware of your aliveness.
So you take one last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today is black.
The number is three.
And the animal.
.
.
Is a baby calf.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
I'm sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Having the awareness to see when the mind is busy,
When the mind is all over the place,
Without getting overwhelmed by its movement.
This is part of the beauty of meditation,
Sometimes we're going to observe the mind is almost empty,
Like clear blue sky.
So spacious.
And we can become attached to that.
And we can long for that.
That empty blue sky.
But the real magic of the meditation,
The real medicine of the meditation,
Is being able to see when the sky is full of storm clouds and there's all kind of stuff going on in the sky.
So much turbulence,
So much movement,
And still we can remember the day underneath all of that is that spaciousness.
It's still there.
The awareness of the blue sky in the midst of storm clouds.
That's such a gift that we can connect to that spacious part inside of us and allow all that's moving,
The emotions,
The anger,
The sadness,
Whatever it is,
The anxiety,
That we can still feel a sense of spaciousness as it moves through us.
That is meditation.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
