Staying not too high,
Not too low but walking right there in the middle path.

Just to soothe,
Relax,
Come back to our center,
To a sense of calm.
If you've been stressed,
Anxious,
Overwhelmed,
Depressed,
Bored,
Perhaps even joyful,
Peaceful.
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness.
Of something beyond the pain,
The worries,
The frustrations.
And back into the present.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can lie down and sit down.
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face.
The jaw,
The eyes.
The hands,
The feet.
Taking a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
Exhale,
Hold life,
Hold energy.
Breathing into the whole body.
Exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Breathing in this moment.
Exhale with awareness.
Breathing in love.
And exit.
Breathing in compassion.
Excellent.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And holding that breath at the top,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing through the nose,
All the way to the top of the head and hold.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
If your mind has been wanting to think.
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
Witness and welcome your inner world.
Letting go of thoughts.
Coming back into the body.
So you take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Remembering to cherish the day,
To cherish your life.
Remember that your presence has a purpose.
Taking one last deep breath for now.

You know when we get out of balance and out of whack Not prioritizing The right things going to the extreme We lose balance and that becomes very draining that dissipates energy when we lose balance it takes a lot of energy to lose balance and yeah,
It takes some energy to keep balance,
But with some awareness,
With some focus on keeping balance,
We really can get into a rhythm with it.
We can start to to feel easier to catch our balance.
And when we do,
We will start to become with like a reservoir of energy because we're not just dissipating it on going to the extreme.
Staying not too high,
Not too low.
But walking right there in the middle path in so many areas of life,
We can think about this,
Whether it's eating or exercise or connecting to people,
Being by yourself,
Meditation,
Whatever it is.
Being conscious to balance it.
