Feeling your feet on the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhale,
Letting go.
And hold,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
Way to stay with it,

It's not always easy to be with the mind,
To be with all of the emotion,
All of the sensation.
Nevertheless,
We're here.
Letting go of self-doubt,
Letting go of the inner critic.
Letting go of fear.
As you come back to trust,
Come back to love.
Breathing in,
Softening the face,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the chest,
Relaxing the hands.
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you.
Becoming aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.

Then we go into the room.
And it's like that going into your inner world.
It can be scary only because there's darkness.
And not even anything of substance,
Just unawareness.
With a little bit of presence,

We can bring light to those dark spaces in our inner world.
And it doesn't have to be scary.
It can be beautiful.
It can be luminous.
It can be a great delight to go inwards.
It's just a little bit of presence.
