Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to Ong Hai Ku,
I'm your host Maamun,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to come back to our center,
Back to gentleness,
Open heartedness,
Back to trust.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Bringing more consciousness to your whole body.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Just to your spine,
As you breathe up the spine.
Feeling yourself rooted like a tree,
Which goes up to the sky.
Doing good my friend,
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
Relaxing into the body,
I want you to visualize a warm,
Loving,
Bright energy spreading through the belly,
Spreading through the heart space,
Spreading to the throat,
Spreading up to the mind,
Filling the mind with light.
Taking three inhales through the nose,
And three exhales out the nose.
Three inhales through the nose,
And three exhales out the nose.
Three in,
Three out.
Allowing your breath to relax now,
As you bring all the attention inwards.
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
I want you to allow your mind total freedom to think,
As you look inside.
Coming into your awareness,
Feeling your presence,
Feeling your aliveness in this moment.
Witnessing and welcoming all that's inside.
And letting go of thoughts,
Natural for the mind to drift,
Drifting back into the awareness.
Aware of your awareness.

The number is 50.

Being gentle with yourself,
Being gentle with how you worry,
How you can lose faith in what's happening in your life.
Notice how that's not gentle,
That's not kind,
To be beating yourself up so much,
To be stressing over such little trivial things that you might have done wrong or something you didn't say just quite right.
And so you be harsh with yourself.
The invitation here is to allow yourself more room to not be perfect,
To not be flawless,
Instead to be gentle with yourself as you are.
