Having the awareness to understand,
To be understanding.
Welcome my friends.
Yetu'dem ta'om haku.
I'm your host,
Maamoune,
Back with another music meditation just to see you relax.
And back to a sense of calm.
If you've been stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Lonely,
Or perhaps even joyous,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
Getting comfortable,
My friend.
You can lie down and sit down.
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Beginning to notice how you feel.
Your energy level,
The inner climate,
Witnessing and welcoming.
I see this.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy.
And exhale all life,
All energy.
Letting go of past,
Letting go of future,
As you take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the face.
Going back to chest,
Coming back to left.
Just take a deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Breathe again.
Breathe it out.
Exhaling all the air in the lungs just be empty Empty of breath.
As you become aware of your awareness.
Taking a deep breath.
Coming away as you hold the breath.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
And hold.
And exhale.
Your mind has been wanting to think.
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom to think.
You and letting go of thoughts.
Going back into this moment,
Unlike any other moment there's been before,
Feeling the uniqueness of this moment.
And back to compassion.
As you breathe in.
Good job.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathing up the spine all the way to the top.
Thank you.
The color for today is red.
The number is 12 in the animal.
Salaam.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
Awareness,
Presence.
Having the presence of mind to be compassionate for yourself and the people in your life,
Strangers across the world,
To not lose your compassion.
Compassion is not just about allowing people to do whatever they want and just shrugging your shoulders.
It's not like that.
It's more about having the awareness to understand,
To be understanding.
Sometimes we can be so focused on being understood.
We put so much energy on being understood,
Seen,
Heard,
Felt,
That we forget to do that.
We forget to put that same energy in trying to understand others,
To not take things personal,
But to step into their shoes,
To step into their way of seeing,
Into their way of feeling.
Anyway.
And it's not just about taking on their pain.
Sometimes that's not even helpful to just feel someone's pain as your own,
But to at least step into it enough that you can understand where is this coming from so that you can hold that compassion.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with less.
