Letting go of stress,
Letting go of worries.
Breathing in chest.
And exhale.
Deepening trust,
Expanding trust within the body and mind.
Breathing in compassion.
Exhale understanding,
Patience.
Breathing it back.

And exhale feeling balanced.

Are we going to go left or go right?
And there's a real beauty to just letting the moment decide.
Being present and as that next moment comes,
Being in tune with the moment,
To listen,
To be spontaneous enough.
To be able to listen to what the moment is telling you and make the decision off of that instead of some pre-decision and we don't even know all the details all the nuance of how the situation is going to play out how the circumstance is going to unfold so just taking your time with that being in the moment and with that i will see you back here tomorrow with left
