Sit up,
Whatever you like.
Close the eyes,
Leave them open.
Whatever you like.
Letting go of stress,
Letting go of worries.
It's not worth it.
Coming back to trust as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Coming back to love as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing in.
Exhale,
Letting go of future.
Feeling the aliveness of this moment.
We live to see another day.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Breathing into the whole body.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhaling down as if rooting into the ground.
Feeling yourself centered.
Grounded.
Grounded in yourself.
Grounded in the moment.
Unswayed by circumstance.
The ever-changing challenges.
Unswayed,
Unfazed.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
You,
Just waiting to be uncovered.
The whole body letting go of tensions with your awareness.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind think.
Taking a deep breath in.
Relaxing the belly.
Relaxing the face.
As you breathe up the spine.
All the way to the top of the head.
And hold that breath at the top of the head.
I want you to visualize blessings resting at the top of the head.
As you hold the breath.
And exhaling down.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Opening the heart.
Opening the mind.
Feeling more spacious inside.
As you breathe in.
And breathe out.
And breathe in.
And breathe out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
Aware of your awareness.
Aware of your aliveness.
Taking one last deep breath for now.

For something good.
For something hopeful.
Instead of just coming into our own heart.
Into our own inner world.
And seeing that there's actually a whole lot of treasures inside.
That we can cultivate.
That we can nurture.
That's part of this meditation.
That's part of this practice.
