Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
Happy that you have joined me across time and space,
If you're having a hard day,
Feeling stressed out,
Anxious about the future,
Depressed about the past,
Feeling unmotivated,
Fed up with work,
Uninspired,
Lonely,
Tired,
Perhaps even joyous,
Loving,
Peaceful,
Harmonious,
Playful,
Celebratory,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of our pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
You can sit up straight or lie down,
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind as it is.
Taking a deep breath in,
And exhale,
An old life,
Old energy,
Every cell in the body,
Breathing in,
Every cell in the body,
Exhale,
Letting go,
Relaxing the belly,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Breathing in trust,
Exhale,
Letting go of fear,
Breathing in intuition,
Exhale,
Letting go of confusion,
Self-doubt,
Doing good my friends,
Stay with me,
Aware of your posture as you breathe in,
Your lungs,
So just be totally empty of breath,
Feeling yourself full of breath,
Embracing being full,
And if your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think,
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the heart space,
Feeling more compassion for yourself,
For others,
As you breathe in,
I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness,
In order to feel grounded,
We have to connect to the earth,
To be more earthy,
Not so head in the clouds all the time,
But really feeling ourself on this planet,
Acknowledging the earth,
Not just trees and birds,
But all the people,
The objects,
What surrounds us,
And while we do that,
Feeling the space,
Feeling the space in between all of what you see,
What you observe,
The same is true in meditation for our thoughts,
Being able to be with our thoughts,
To be not overwhelmed by the thinking process,
Able to witness,
To welcome what's going on inside,
While also acknowledging the space that gives way to the thoughts,
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with less.
