Welcome,
My friend.
You're tuned in to Ong Haiku.
I'm your host,
Maamou.
I'm back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed with life,
Stressed out with work,
Insecure about a relationship,
Experiencing loneliness,
Disconnect,
Shame,
Self-hate,
Feeling confused,
A lack of purpose,
A lack of direction,
Clarity,
Experiencing self-doubt,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Self-love,
Peace,
Harmony,
Trust.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay.
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
To return to our awareness,
To our presence,
Which goes beyond the anxiety,
Beyond the anger,
The insecurities,
The worries.
That being said,
My friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
You can gently close the eyes if you like.
I'll leave them slightly open.
Witnessing and welcoming your inner space.
Taking a deep breath in.
Dropping the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the face as you breathe in.
And breathe out.
Inhaling trust.
And exhale,
Letting go of fear.
Breathing in patience.
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner criticism.
Breathing in love.
And exhale,
Letting go of self-doubt,
Self-hate.
Feeling self-hatred.
Leave the mind,
Leave the body as you breathe in compassion.
And exhale,
Letting go of the past.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space.
As you just sit back and observe very gently,
Very lovingly.
And exhale.
Taking a deep breath in.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Let it stay with you,
My friend.
So happy you're joining me today.
Sending you encouragement on your path.
Keep going.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Breathing into the whole body.
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Breathing into the belly.
And exhale,
Pushing the belly outwards.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the face,
Opening the heart space.
And for a few moments,
Allowing the mind to be totally free to think.
Holding that breath at the top.
And exhale,
Letting go.
The number is 70.
And the animal is a hippopotamus.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Being aware of the blessings that are already here.
Being aware of the love that's already inside.
It's so easy to look for love outside of ourself.
And that's why this meditation is so beautiful.
This practice of meditation.
Because we get to go inside ourself and feel all the gifts that we carry just underneath the thinking process.
The projections into the future and the past.
Once we are able to let go of this,
We can actually feel our presence and feel our heart.
Feel our love.
All these things that's inside.
Treasures inside.
But we have to be with everything that's inside.
Sometimes that's difficult to look at the anxiety,
To be with the anger,
To be with the fear,
The worries.
So we distract ourself.
And so we miss,
We miss the treasures inside.
And we,
We run away from the pain,
Both at the same time.
So embracing the pain,
By witnessing it,
Welcoming it,
And ultimately going beyond.
It takes patience,
Takes courage to go inside ourself.
That's why we practice.
So grateful you will practice with me today.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow.
With love.
