Just embracing yourself day by day.
I'm your host Mahmood.
Music meditation.
Just to soothe,
Relax,
Let go of stress,
Anxiety.
Come back to our center,
To our trust.
That's right,
Getting comfortable.
You can lie down or sit down.
Close the eyes or leave them open.
Whatever feels most natural.
Letting go of past,
Letting go of future.
If the mind is drifting,
Let it.
The future is a mystery.
Holding that breath at the top and becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Way to stay with it my friend.
So happy to have you joining me today.
Despite challenges and the discomforts that can be going inside of ourselves.
We're still here showing up.
Caring for our minds,
Our emotions.
Taking a deep breath in.
Breathing up the spine.
More spaces as you breathe in.
Remembering that circumstance.
This unfolding is nurturing our path.
Even when we can't see how or why.
Trusting in this.
As you take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Becoming aware of how you're sat.
Your surroundings,
How you feel after taking some deep breaths.
Becoming aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day.
It won't always be that way.
Remembering that can put some things into perspective.
About what's actually important.
Taking a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
One last deep breath for now.
And exhale.
The color for today is yellow.
The number is 3,
000.
And the animal is a porcupine.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Being aware of how you can be critical of yourself.
To the point of diminishing returns.
Yes,
It's good to recognize where we can improve.
Where we can be better.
But there's a point that it crosses where it just becomes draining.
To be judging ourselves or criticizing ourselves.
So continuously through the day.
That it really can steal joyfulness.
The ability to be playful.
These qualities which make being present so easy.
And when we're being critical,
Oftentimes we're not even that present.
So letting go of the inner critic.
And just embracing yourself day by day.
Like being a good friend to yourself.
Being a best friend to yourself.
Talking to yourself in that same way that you would talk to a best friend.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
